XPERIENCE SEA BREEZE RESORT

I went here with my family at the end of August and it was really good. They had foods from different countries on every night in the main restaurant and there was plenty of choice. There was also a barbecue which you could book into which was so good! Delicious food! The staff are all really kind and caring and would do anything for you one example of this was when the wifi went off and a member of staff let me connect to his phone so that I could send a few urgent messages for college and work. The rooms were always clean and there was never a mess. I have gone to previous hotels that allowed spills to be left uncleaned and windows left with fingerprints however it was spotless here. We went to the beach every day and it was a very calm environment, they don’t have a natural beach however the lay out is really good so that everyone is spaced out and the sea is really nice with lots of fish to see when snorkelling! The hotel is set on a bit of a hill but that is no problem if you don’t want to walk because they have a little shuttle bus to take you up or down the hill. The wifi is usually really strong however there were 2 days where the wifi didn’t work all day and I needed that connection so that I could do coursework and generally run my small business so that is something to bare in mind if you want to stay here. The A/C is very good in the rooms and i know that’s really important when it is so hot outside, we had a good sleep every night. Overall the hotel is very good however there are a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the main restaurant gets very busy at night so I would recommend going when it opens at 7pm, to the hotel I would recommend that they do sittings and give people a table to keep for the whole of their stay (we saw a couple taking up a table for 6 which left families having to split up), this ensures everyone will have a table. Secondly, the entertainment at night is very repetitive, it was always belly dancing, oriental show, karaoke or live singer. For people that are staying for two weeks it is all the same and gets quite boring, I would suggest for guests to go to places like Soho square to change it up a bit and I would recommend the hotel to introduce more things to the entertainment at night. Thirdly, the wifi was an issue which I find unacceptable, I believe this was out of the hotel’s control and one time I can understand but it was off for two whole days from 8am-11pm and when you’re in another country you do want to keep in touch with family at home, for me it was also keeping up with college work and running my business. There definitely could be some renovation in the rooms as the paint on the walls was peeling quite a bit in my room however I think this could be easily fixed. And lastly I would recommend going on the little trips that the entertainment team run, we went to the Hard Rock Cafe with unlimited drinks for £16 each which was a bargain and it was really fun, I would however recommend the entertainment team to promote these things more and make sure that they fill the mini bus that they hire because it would have been a lot better for us if there were more people to socialise with and it would also be beneficial for them because they would be making more of a profit. Overall this hotel is really good, it just need little tweaks but it’s nothing that would make a big impact on your holiday. I would definitely go back :)

We recently stayed at Xperience Sea Breeze and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everyone we interacted with was lovely and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. The food was good with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Whether you’re a foodie or a picky eater, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. A huge shoutout to the animation team, especially Donga and Saher! They were full of energy and enthusiasm, keeping us entertained throughout our stay with their fun activities and vibrant personalities. Their passion for making guests smile truly stood out. We also can’t forget Towel Man Romany, who was a delight! He always greeted us with a big smile and made sure we were well taken care of! We can’t wait to come back again soon! Highly recommended!

We can't fault this hotel yes maybe they should put some of the daytime food out of evening like pizza chips for real fussy eaters but there's always plenty of selection. This is definitely one of the more compact hotels compared to some in sharm but that why we love it so much. The hotel did a complimentary birthday cake for our grandson on request. This is our fourth visit to sea breeze and still love as much as first time. Staff are very friendly nothing is to much trouble thank you to all the fabulous staff who make holiday special from beys down at pool bar. Youssef at beach bar the towel guys who put brollys up (romany, lifeguard down by sea who looked after my jewellery whilst snorkeling, to the diving centre who fixed my snorkel booked our boat trip with glass boat which only hr but seen some beautiful coral and amazing fish to the cleaners who did our room everyday. Thank you to reception staff were nothing was a bother and all the staff at element restaurant and bar by reception you all work so hard with smilies on Yr faces. Also spa had full body aroma by aria and beautiful facial by Helen and utilised showers to get ready to go home amazing! We will be back in February nicky Eric(liverpool)

We visited Sea Breeze at the end of October 2024, as a group of 7 after visiting twice previously (Oct 23 & Jun 24) unfortunately this trip did not match the great visits we had previously. One evening whilst relaxing out the front of the hotel with some drinks one member of staff asked us in an aggressive manner if we had checked out as he had been told by another member of staff that we had and that we needed to pay for our drinks. This was not how we would’ve expected the staff to address this especially as we had paid good money for our holiday as well as returning to the same hotel three times in a year. After asking to speak to Management about this they were not particularly helpful or apologetic about the matter. In addition to this, on the last day of our holiday we were told by reception that our all inclusive finishes at 12PM and were unable to access any more food and drink for the rest of the day. If we did then it would be at an additional charge. We found this to be very insulting and petty as this had NEVER happened to us before baring in mind one couple in our group had paid for late check out as our flight was not till 10:30PM. This was not how we expected to be treated as we had nothing but praise for the hotel and staff previously. Unfortunately this ruined the mood for the rest of our holiday as a group leaving us debating whether we will return to Sea Breeze again. As a result, I think we will be trying a different hotel in Sharm next time. On a positive note Shady, Fares, Mohammed, Romany and Hero have always looked after us and made every one of our visits great and are valuable assets to the hotel!

Unhelpful reception staff very dismissive of all requests for help or support. Rep didn’t show up so left us with no idea of local areas of interest or how to navigate our stay. Waiting staff were lovely and food was plentiful but won’t return
