The holiday was very good we had so much fun the food was delicious and the room was clean during the day the animation team never left us they were very friendly specifically jana she took care of our child and medo and veto were very nice it won't be the last time

We came here in the October half term as a party of 15 people with adults and children. We all had an amazing holiday and the staff were truly amazing at this hotel. I was skeptical just before travelling as there had been an increase of negative reviews, however we were generally very pleased, especially for the price we paid! The value for money was very good. We are all very well travelled, except my parents who have never been abroad, and have stayed all over the world in variety of different star quality hotels. The facilities this hotel provides gives it the 5 star rating I believe, as it has a lot of pools/spa/waterpark etc. I would also rate the staff as 5 star as they couldn’t do enough for us, they were amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious, we didn’t spend a great deal of time in them so they were fine for us. The food could be better by having a larger variety in the buffet, but the a la carte restaurant was lovely. Chef Ahmed and the staff in there were lovely and couldn’t have done any more to make us welcome and satisfied. There was always something to eat though, even for the fussiest amongst us. Pools are clean and well supervised with a range of different types for those who want a quiet day/entertainment. Sayed does an amazing job of looking after people, he had our towels out ready every morning for us and provided us with everything needed. The bar service was fab in all bars and Ashraf and Kerolos really looked after us! We often had more drinks than we could consume, and they would always ask if we wanted more. We couldn’t have been better looked after. Reception staff were really accommodating and helpful, Micheal was amazing and made sure we were all happy and had everything we needed. He remembered all of our names and checked in with us regularly throughout the holiday. Our housekeepers Mohammad and Ahmed went above and beyond to keep our rooms clean and wowed the kids with some beautiful towel art daily. Do visit the beaches, they are both beautiful and have everything you need for a lovely day at the beach. It is a bus ride away, but it is free and all inclusive is extended to the beaches also. Overall, we had a great time here. I agree that there are improvements that could be made (which the staff are very keen to do and show this by asking for feedback) however, for the price we have no complaints and have no qualms about awarding this 5 star review.

Very disappointed in this hotel. I believe it is Russian owned and 90% of guests were Russian or Eastern European. They were in the most part rude and had no concept in queuing! Meal times were not pleasant although the food was reasonable the experience was not. The Waves bar was good for watching football and the staff in bar areas very good. Mina at the pool bar and Taha the lifeguard were absolutely first class and a credit to themselves and their employers. Had an unpleasant experience in the main reception bar when a Russian took exception to a group of English laughing and generally having a good time but by no means over the top. He walked over and demanded we kept the noise down. Totally over the top to react this way. We even checked to see if he had a child sleeping but he didn’t. He eventually got up to leave and a bit of Micky taking took place but nothing malicious. His reaction was to come over and spit at one of the guys in the group. What an animal. The barman and security calmed situation down and he left. What an animal he was! General state of hotel ranged from excellent in Reception area to very poor in others. There was quite a bit of remedial work going on while we were there. Our room was reasonable but the bathroom was very tired and needed work. Mouldy blind in shower. Positive points Staff Water park Not much else! Cannot recommend this hotel

Poor. Rooms dated, bathroom dirty. Pools and surrounding areas would benefit from a deep clean. Bedding and towels not changed as far as I’m aware. Food was atrocious. Breakfast particularly bad. Mashed potatoes for breakfast? To many guests using one restaurant resulted in chaos at meal times. People pushing and shoving and a lack of tables to sit, ended up eating out most evenings. Crows landing on outside tables eating food. Sandy beach nice and can pre book free shuttle bus the day before. AI food and drink included at the beach but again truly awful. Roast potatoes and some sort of hotdog and pickled veg. Waterslides decent but open for 2 hour periods twice a day. Building works taking place which we wasn’t made aware of before travelling. Pool and bar staff pleasant and do make an effort. A small tip will make life easier during your stay. All things considered this hotel is a 3 star at best. It needs major investment and improvement to become anything near 5 star. Overall a major disappointment
