Spa massage stay well away for your own safety!!!!!

DO NOT USE THE SPA FACILITIES FOR ANY MASSAGES, me and my partner was recommended this by our hotel Opia Boutique Hotel which is situated at the side of Xeno Eftalia Resort Hotel spa. My massage was terrible to the point I had to complain & my partner was touched inappropriately and forced to keep quiet. The guy that preformed the all this stated he was the uncle of the owner and works at the local high school. I have informed the spa facility’s and management won’t take my incident seriously. Hence this review to keep other people/ children safe

Worst experience from SPA

Ladies, Please don't use the SPA. I had the worst experience of my life when that guy massaged me. The hotel was terrible was well. There was cat eating food from the buffet when we came. Nobody knows English. We couldn't even make the hotel staff understand about the guy at the spa misbehaving.

it was amazing felt like i was so welcomed the staff were lovely rooms were amzing and food was delicious

my opinion is this the most respectful and amzing hotel i have ever stayed at the staff are absolutely amazing so welcoming and the food was brillant always so much to do around the hotel thankyou again for an amazing time will be back again next year 🇹🇷

Worst hotel in turkey !!!

The hotel is shocking only caters for Russians don’t cater for English at all the food is ridiculous all the shops trying to tip people off all the alcohol if it’s a normal brand u have to pay extortion prices all the bar staff are rude and arrogant stay well clear u will regret booking this hotel the only good thing about the hotel is it is clean everything else is terrible stay well clear

Family Holiday

Really fun atmosphere, the workers are really friendly and kind. Everything is absolutely perfect:) One of the aquamrobic workers ( Tete ) is really friendly and makes great aqua programs. The beach is very nice, water super warm and crystal clear. The rooms are tidy. The buffet is amazing, alot of different options and they even cook food on the spot on the grill. The club is very nice, good music. Overall very nice hotel, friendly staff, would come back.
