WHITE CITY BEACH HOTEL

Just got back after a holiday with a group of friends. Although this hotel is clean and well kept it definitely does not match the official pictures on the website . This hotel is way smaller than the pictures will make you believe, especially the swimming pool which is tiny. The hotel is off a main road so very noisy and in some back streets which have a smell of sewage . The food is atrocious apart from where you can go to the other side of the beach through an underground path and there they serve a fantastic lunch. The entertainment is definitely not worth coming out your room to see. The staff are a mixture of helpful at the reception area and pretty blank and unwelcoming everywhere else. I will say the cleaning staff do a great job so no complaints there definitely wouldn’t come back here and a 2 1/2 star at the most.

Booked this place for a 6 night break with my adult daughter. We were expecting a bit of luxury and great food. We didn't get it. We paid extra for a side sea view, we got a view of a noisy carpark, the sea could be seen far in the distance. The room was clean but basic, our beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The food was the same thing every day and never very hot. On day 3 my daughter got food poisoning and was confined to our room for the next 48 hours. The only thing she ate that was different to me was an egg at breakfast. I definitely wouldn't go back to this hotel.

“The food at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The buffet had something for everyone, with plenty of options for different tastes and dietary needs. I especially loved the local specialties—they were delicious! The restaurant staff were attentive, and everything was well-presented. Overall, the dining experience exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our stay!” —I was extremely disappointed with the animation team at this hotel. The activities were poorly organized, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. The shows were repetitive, lacking creativity, and felt very low-budget. There was very little interaction with guests, and the entertainment overall was quite boring. For a vacation, we were expecting something lively and fun, but instead, it was dull and not worth the time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for quality entertainment.

Lovely hotel , staff are fabulous , hotel is very clean in all areas , rooms are comfortable, our only complaint is that smoking being allowed in the restaurant and covered bar area, it's disgusting when you're eating and this really needs stopping , we'd definitely come back if smoking was banned
