VON RESORT GOLDEN COAST

Many things are good in this Resort , good variety of activities, staff speak a bit of English sometimes. The kids activities are good with nice variety everyday . My only issue with the family room is that the air-conditioning doesn't make the room cool and if I turned it on the temperature increases despite being on the correct settings. A technician came but with no clue how to fix it as it's a central air conditioning system. The simple thing is that we change the room . But the management team refuse to which is a shame. This is the only and in my opinion major reason not to book into this resort again .

We spent a week in this super hotel 2 years ago and now we returned, because we were very satisfied. Everything was perfect: the staff is very friendly and kind, the hotel is nice and clean, meals are delicious and there was a rich choice (traditional local dishes, and european, too ). We walked a lot in the beautiful park and enjoyed the sunny weather on the private beach. There were entertainment programmes in the evenings. It was a perfect holiday, real rest. I highly recommend it!

We were 2 times here, we loved it !! Everything is clean, housekeeping everyday, Minibar in the room everyday full, excelent food, great rooms, great Team !!!! We could speak english and german too , how great for our kids because they could order themselves, we didn't had to translate every minute.

We liked the resort very much. It was a nice and relaxing experience. Everything is on a short distance (beach, alleys, restaurants ,pools) The beach is awesome, very clean with smooth entry to the sea, super fine sand and a lot of sunbeds. Beautiful gardens, alleys for walking with lots of palm trees. The wifi signal is amazing compared with some other resorts we have been to, but you can improve only in the beach area! The aqua park is very good for kids and adults pools are very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day, but it needs some refreshment in the bathroom and the chairs in the terrace have some rust on it (see pictures) the view is amazing from the 6th floor They had different kinds of shows every night and all of it was amazing. There were daily activities with the entertainment team. Our baby has the first birthday here and received a lot of compliments and a birthday card from the hotel team. The food is good and there is plenty of it for all tastes. Overall a very good price-quality relationship. We love animals and we admire you for taking care of all the cats in the resort. We came for the first time but definitely not for the last time. We will see you next year. 😎 Guests from 1638-1640 rooms.

The buffet restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes, all of excellent quality and bursting with flavor—our compliments to the chefs! Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming and extremely hard working, making our experience even more enjoyable. We visited in September and enjoyed lovely weather, with temperatures reaching 37°C. Overall, it was a perfect holiday.
