A very successful vacation especially for my 8-year-old child. We really liked the beach, the swimming pools, the water slides. The menu was very varied and the kindness of the employees pleasantly surprised us. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

In this hotel your children will be molested by staff in aqua park and bars! Several times my 15-year-old niece was molested by employees of the aqua park and once after we made a remark to them, they rudely responded with a dirty joke (it happened on October 2 at 1:30 pm). As a resalt the child stopped going to the sea and to the aqua park without adults! The second thing that spoiled the mood on this vacation was the rudeness of some employees at the Petunia bar. On the evening of September 24th we came to the Petunia bar, the main bartender (or may be he is a manager) rudely comunicated with us and shouted at another bartender who made my son a coctail not from the bar card and all this is right in front of us! Such an attitude towards guests is unacceptible for a five-star hotel. Once the bartender in the lobby bar poured us a soda instead of champagne (because it was over) and thought we wouldn't notice! The problem with this hotel is that they hire idiots. And no advantages of the hotel overlap all these situations. We won't come back here and we don't recommend it to others. There are better hotels for this money. Also cleaners don't wash the floor in the rooms at all, you just walk like on the beach - mountins of sand! The choice of food in the restaurant is poor.

Was very surprised with this excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially Mustafa and his team in the kitchen. As a vegetarian Mustafa made sure I had a special vegetarian lunch and dinner. My other half was impressed with the meat dishes. Only, improvement if at all possible would be to have non smoking areas for sun bathing and at the bars. Really enjoyed my week.

We had a wonderful 12 days at the Vonresort Golden Beach. We felt very welcomed and the staff are very nice and friendly. We sent an e-mail to our travel agency requesting a room near the aqua park and the restaurant area. We also requested a room in the ground floor with inside garden patio. They gave us a room not so near the aqua park, which was good because it was loud with music, during the day. They assigned us a family room in a very good location, near everything: the restaurant, the aqua park, the pools, in the ground floor, with a inside garden patio. We were very happy with our room location. The air conditionning works fantastically in the 2 rooms, very cool and quiet. We could not hear a thing. It was great coming from the heat outside and be able to rest in a nice cool room. We missed however, another television set in the other room. My husband likes to watch football in the evenings and he had to sit in a small hard chair for hours. A small armchair in the rooms would be nice and more comfortable. Our family room was cleaned daily, the beds were made and towels were changed also daily. The drinks boy was very nice and gave us more juice drinks and beer at our request.  We had a wonderful, kind and friendly waiteress called Asli, in the evenings. She always remembered us and knew our drinks, always coming to ask if we needed anything. She treated us like family and we grew very found of her. The staff are very kind, attentive and friendly. At breakfast, the lady who does the fresh omelettes in front of you was so nice. She recognised me one day in the street and she was so friendly. We felt so welcomed and it makes one holiday very pleasant and one wants to return. We loved the place. There is so much options for food at different times. The fresh made Pizzas was a highlight, so delicious. There were lovely ice cream cones. What a shame that we only discovered the Beach Restaurant Radikha (open 12:30 to 17:00 pm) in the last 4 days. We did not need to rush from the beach to the main restaurant for lunch.  The sand at the beach is soft and fine and there are always plent of sunbeds available an the beach. They have 3 different big pools spread in different locations plus the beach, which can be reach by a shuttle that runs all the time, until 17:45 PM. That makes one not to feel to crowed, because people are spread in differents areas. We did not reserve sunbeads und could always find something. I did not enjoy much the activity pool. It was too hot, there not enough parasols for the sun longers, and the pool was too deep, at 1.50M. We used more the aqua park, the quiet pool and went to the beach. The aqua park had a very nice covered shadded aerea.  The 3 negative points were:  1) The pools were at 1.50M deep. I am a 1.50M lady who can not swimm. Only in the  aqua park they have a small section with 1.20M, which was always very busy. The quiet pool is very nice and big. That would be nice if they had a shallow aerea in the quiet pool as well. The quiet pool is big enough to accomodate a shallow area.  2) The Internet service is advertised as free. However, the signal is very bad in the rooms. In the evenings, my 2 teenagers could not used their devices. The Internet keep coming off all the time. They have very bad Internet signal in the rooms. In the evenings, the reception was full of people sitting there trying to used the Internet there. In this time and age, they need to improve the Internet signal. 3) The main restaurant in the evenings is so so hot!! In the morning for breakfast and at the lunch time is ok. But in the evenings it is like a hot sauna! Inside the air conditionning did not work very well, it was very loud and busy. Outside it was quieter, with lovely view from the pool, but we were sweating like we were inside a sauna. They need to improve the air circulation, with the instalation of ventilators, and check what type of roof material is up there. As soon we left the restaurant, the night air was much cooler, so they should work on what the problem is. Also, at 20:30 pm they already start to clean some food stations. We always went to eat around 20:00 PM hopping to get a more quieter time. But we had to rush to eat and get our dessert soon, before they cleaned it away. Only 2 hours (from 19:00 to 21:00 hs) is not enough time for everyone to eat in peace, without rush. So, at least, do not clean the food stations so soon. The evening shows was great. We only watch the shows. We did not stay afterwards for other night activities. So, we can not comment. The parties on fridays were also very nice, although, we did not stay very long. We are more day people, with a early start.  The Pier over the sea was a fantastic addiction. There were loungers, a bar serving drinks, some spots from were people could jump into the sea. And on fridays evenings there was a party there.  The shuttles taking you to and from the beach was also very handy and helpful, in that 40 C° degrees heat!  The 2 drivers are very nice and friendly, as are all the staff. it is nice to old and young workers together and that there a place for all ages to work. The gardens are beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. The settings makes for a very restful place. Usually, we do not like to stay in big buildings hotels, with many high floors and elevators. This resorts suits us very well for its very nature orientated vibe. It is spread like in a park. Think like a small Center Park, but with much better facilities and lots of free food and drinks 24 hs. And very nice and friendly staff!  Overall, we had a fantastic holiday! We would like very much to return.
