    The one star reviews are accurate
    This is a 5 star hotel facilities with 2 star customer experience, 3 star food / drinks and occasionally 1 star cleanliness. Shame to have to say that most of the negative comments written so far - we experienced. We managed to enjoy many good facilities and activities, however I resent the end of season curtailing of shows, lack of options for food etc given the price of vacation . We spoke to staff and they confirmed that the change in management over this last year has really negatively impacted the hotel. Staff were tired, miserable or just keeping heads down - - and looking forward to end of season. The kids club team seemed to rise above - possibly due to a new manager, but still could have been better. So top management - I hope this to be a wake up call. Your poor customer focus and abysmal management of staff has destroyed the hotel atmosphere. I would want to see many improvements evident in consistent reviews before we consider a revisit.

    DO NOT STAY HERE, plenty of much better hotels in the area.
    We are here at the moment and to say we are disappointed is an understatement! This was not a cheap holiday and from the minute we arrived we realised this does not live up to other 5 Star resorts we have stayed in, in the area. The girl who checked us in at reception did not have any resort maps and wasn't able to tell us any basic information about the hotel except to see guest services in the morning. As we arrived late, 10.30pm, we were hungry and had to wait until 12 until one of the restaurants opened. When we got there, there was no one serving drinks and nobody around to get more cutlery etc. While waiting for the restaurant to open, the one bar open in the lobby didn't have any rum or kahlua for the two cocktails we asked for. Also the lift to bring us to our room was not working so we had to drag the suitcases up a flight of stairs, not ideal. The bar at the pool is a joke. No stock of basic drinks and no plastic glasses, just paler cups.....and long queues as they are only putting one person working there. The food selection at lunch is nit great and the buffet restaurant seems to be the only option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no one around the pool area asking if anyone needs anything. I currently at the water park with my son and they are literally taking the sun loungers away as I type. Earlier at lunch my husband asked for a coke and they took some kind of fizzy drink from a dispenser and added coke from a jug to it. He went mad and they later arrived at the table with a can of coke. Obviously it is the end of the season and things are winding down but there was no discount when booking for a fraction of what should be expected from a 5 star resort. We stayed in a different 5 Star resort as a family of 10 earlier in June and that is where I will go back to. This hotel is a huge disappointment and a very expensive mistake our family made. Either keep the standards even if you have a fraction of the customers or close and spend time after the hotel closes tidying up, putting away loungers and boxing up plastic glasses for the pool. Never again!

    Very poor service, charged for services that are not available!!
    Writing this review from the hotel room at the moment. We travelled to this resort as a family of four, we were expecting high standards considering the amount we paid for this holiday, we were promised 4 à la carte restaurants, however, non of them are open at the moment. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, whilst checking in, the receptionists personal mobile rang, and he answered it while having a conversation with me, how rude is that?!? Considering how many English tourists this resort has, staff don't know basic English to help visitors. Rooms are very dirty, although the rooms looks good, and I must admit, they are good, but what's the point when the rooms are dirty? It's only been 3 nights into a 7 night holiday and we are already tired of the same food on the main restaurant...same old bland cold food... This morning, at breakfast, there was no plain white bread! Utensils are not clean, stained with dirt. During the day time, the bars don't have basics to put together a cocktail, ice cream runs out during the day... The Aircon in the room stops working on a daily basis, I have to call everyday to get it to work...this is unacceptable! candy land is very good, however, you have to pay for drinks and food there...it's not in the all inclusive package...and it's not cheap! This hotel has charged us full price for services thay they are not providing at the moment, example, à la carte, not all bars open, food running out, staff are rude and unhelpful , rooms are dirty. My advice to anyone who is looking to book a holiday is to look elsewhere. This hotel is NOT 5 star!! Maybe 3 star. From my experience this visit...I would never be coming back to this hotel ever.

    BADDEST HOTEL EVER IN TURKEY !
    The worst experience in Turkey ever ! After 16 times in turkey, this is baddest hotel ever ! 1. BARS are empty, and only one working and not all day, you need to run around the hotel all day to FIND something to drink. stuff rude and for Ultra All Inclusive only 2 kind of import alchol at the beach bar, no basic coctails and for kids no coctails at all. Coffee machine not working all day, drinks ir paper cups, for coctails no lime no straw. At the pool no one takes orders for drinks or food! Plates and cups dirty with food stains! 2. ROOMS: mirror and furniture broken, at the mini bars only water and juice Speaking with other hotel guests over 30 people are just in shock about the attitude and expierience at this hotel !

    Great family holiday but mind the other guests…
    Really impressive for a family holiday. The resort itself is brilliant, high spec, spacious rooms, really amazing facilities. Our children loved Candyland, the evening entertainment for children and the water park in the day. The snack bars had good food for the kids. The bits which let it down are the main buffet restaurant, us not being advised that most of the a la carte restaurants were closed, some front facing staff who aren’t very helpful and also so many rude guests. I guess as a resort that appeals to all markets this is a risk but my very British children found it very unnatural to be around so many guests who had non-existent manners. Not an experience we’ve had before at a 5* resort
