    Don't go there
The staff stole my husband's watch from the room! We explained to ourselves that it was probably somewhere in a bag or somewhere else and that's why we couldn't find it in the room. We came home and checked everything and the watch was not there. The door was always locked therefore we know it was someone from the staff. I wanted to write a positive review of the hotel but I can't. We were for 6 days in October 2024. We had a room on the 2nd floor in the other building few minutes walking from the hot. There are cameras everywhere in the hotel so the staff knew when we were in the room and when we left. There was no reception, anyone could enter at any time. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the fridge did not work (you could not even close it), the floor was so dirty that there was hair and sand on it. In the end they changed the room, but we had to threaten the staff that we wanted them to give us our money back for the stay and we would report it to the company that sold us the trip. The staff treated us with indifference from the start and repeated that when the manager came to work they would help us, which was in 2 days!In the other room, the floor was just as dirty. We cleaned it ourselves with wet wipes. Other things on the room was clean. In the new room the air conditioning worked but the fridge was not there at all. When we arrived on Saturday evening on the first day there was an elderly man working at the reception ( his other replacement was a young man called Burak and Burak was ok). This man firstly did not give us change for the internet charge but ok I know there everyone wants to get a tip. He then took my suitcase and helped carry it 2 streets away to the other building for which he also got a tip and said to my husband that he liked Polish cigarettes and wanted my husband to give him a whole pack. Not 1 cigarette, the whole pack! The food in the hotel was sometimes very good and sometimes we ate nothing but cake because there were dishes like stomachs of chicken, the chicken was cut whole with bones and skin but apparently in Turkey they eat like that. Very often fish. For breakfast, there were often scrambled eggs with sausages in them which were impossible to eat. We were the only Poles in the hotel, the rest were mainly Russians but this is not a problem for us. The guests behaved calmly and were mainly elderly people, so at 9 p.m. most of them practically left the tables by the pool. No one has ever bathed in the pool. Maybe it's a good thing too, because it would have smelled so badly of water disinfectants ( chlorine) when we ate. We did not go to the hotel beach because it was made of large stones and was tiny and narrow. In the morning there was already no sunbed not occupied by another hotel guest. FortunaSpecial shoes are recommended for The town of Kemer itself is quite large, well-kept, there are beautiful plants and there are lots of places to walk and there is a park on a hill where you can climb and see the area from above. We didn't pay much for the hotel and we didn't expect anything luxurious but it was so hot that it would have been impossible to stand in the room without a working air conditioning machine. The crockery and glasses were often dirty and I don't blame the staff because there were so few dishes that the staff did everything they could to get them off the tables as quickly as possible and take them to the dishwasher because otherwise the guests wouldn't have a place to eat. You could see that there simply weren't enough dishes. In the evenings 2 men would come for dinner in an expensive Porsche car. It looked like it was probably the boss. It was sad to see that the boss could afford a Porsche but not to buy 50 glasses and plates. If you don't speak Russian there is little you can do with the staff at the hotel without using the translator on your phone. At meals we were often served by Mr Safian/Shafran. Very friendly to everyone without exception. Juices are water with fruit flavoured powder ( some people like that) so they were not bad at all. Beer and vodka were good. Coffee from the coffee machine didn't seem to have caffeine and certainly didn't taste like coffee . Being used to Italian coffee here I had to go to Starbucks. I also did not like Turkish brewed coffee which is ground coffee boiled with water and the same with tea but this is just a matter of taste. The hotel has its good features but unfortunately incidents such as a stolen watch for us already completely disqualify the hotel and I would advise anyone against staying there. Kemer is a very good place for a holiday but not in this hotel.

    Vacation on “Valeri beach hotel”
The only plus of this hotel is that it is right next to the beach and if you want peace, it is a good choice because there is no entertainment at the hotel. Minuses - very dirty rooms (doors are smeared, towels are brought with stains), water from the tap is not drinkable, but no one reports about it, water is leaking from the air conditioners, but no one is going to fix them. It is also very dirty in the hotel itself (the floor is dirty, the dishes are washed with water, full of dirt, the tables in the dining room are "wiped" only for the sake of the view). To have internet (Wifi) you have to pay. The staff is friendly until you complain about something. The choice of food is sufficient, but it is usually cold. The amount of sunbeds on the beach is very limited, so you always have to "fight" for them. The bar closes at 9 p.m., and the all-inclusive package includes only a few drinks - beer, white and red wine, vodka and gin. You have to pay for other drinks yourself. The hotel was disappointing, as were most of the staff working there.

    Never again
I dont suggest this hotel qualitywise… food, room, workers etc insufficient… you have to pay for internet in rooms. Lunch , dinner no bıttke water. You can buy as extra… beach belongs to hotel so small and no sunshine comes because of hotel building’s shadow… not enough space for sunbathing…

    Very poor hotel
The food is poor and the selection is minimal, meat is dry and no sauce is given. Hotel territory is dirty, both inside and outside. The staff don't speak English. Its better to choose other hotels near Valeri beach hotel, because the location is good.

    Horrible hotel
This hotel is disaster. The service is very poor, the waiters are unkind, unprofessional and they do not wear uniforms. The hotel staff is very unprofessional and nobody speaks English. The food is very poor. The rooms are very bad with both old and bad furniture. Shower door was broken. The cleaner does not change towels and beach towels can be changed every 3-4 days as there are not enough clean towels in the hotel. Insufficient amount of dishes as well as dirty dishes and ashtrays. Not enough juice and water. There was even a fight between the hotel staff during our vacation. Knives were also used in the fight. Save your money and nerves and avoid this hotel. One star is too much for Valeri.
