AVOID AND DO NOT BELIEVE IN ABOVE !!! Food poison is the main thing - few couples said to us about their childrens or even their self experienced vimioting and high fever So we were thinking oh well until our son 16 mc old get high fever and feel not well So we went to medical centre to hear that the doctor can see our little boy for €120 till 4pm after that we need to go to private hospital and pay more which happend anyway due to very very high fever 41C We heard later on "in this case the money are not important" from the guy from medical centre He also said the taxi will take us to hospital but the driver visited another hotel to pick up another patients and then we eventually arrived in hospital. Doctor checked our child snd said lungs are fine, no chest infection but it looks like is virus caused by food so he offered two options we stay in hospital overnight for blood and others tests or just stay for few hours to make the same tests. All together costs including visit €650 and they cannot put diagnose without them, after when we decided to wait with test for another day to see how will goes we heard ok so the doctor will sign prescriptions for your son ... no comments Cost of visit €200 including taxi both way Doctor said the taxi drivwr will take you to nearest pharmacy shop to buy medicines and on the way back he did but in this shop was prices for any drugs so for syrup, probiotic, antybiotic and Calpol €53 joke So if you do not want to ruin your holiday and spend your money avoid this place because I think they poisonig people for purpose to send them to see doctor and charge them for it. it is very common and also profitable business, you will pay to see a doctor and you will pay again in their friends very expensive pharmacy shop for medicines which you probably do not need them ...

Myself, my sister and our children had returned to this beautiful hotel for the third time and as soon as we landed home we booked it again for next year. This hotel will not disappoint you. Its incredible!! We have made this hotel our forever hotel. And made some wonderful friends here. The staff here make your holiday. They are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning the decor Is beautiful!! and the rooms are perfect. Cleaned everyday the housekeepers do a great job! All the staff here work so hard to make sure you have a great holiday. We laughed non stop! The food is great always so much choice hot and fresh. The beach is on the doorstep with loads of water sports todo and a shopping mall just round the corner. It really is the perfect place. We had another fantastic holiday here and we can’t wait to come back next year. See you in October! Love charlotte and kayleigh.

The best vacation ever...the best spa and the best massage I ever had from Ismail...the food is excellent, just like we know, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is nice, the hotel surroundings and the garden are beautiful, we will definitely come back

Fantastic overall holiday. Hotel matched description and positive reviews we had seen before our stay. Food excellent, friendly and helpful staff, pools are great and beach access simple. Shout out to the lady making gozleme at lunch each day, superb. Only minor negative was lack of evening entertainment from outside groups, and the daytime hotel entertainment team were quite disappointing in that they barely interacted with most guests and spent too much time messing around with small groups of guests.

Went as a family, four adults. Hotel is as described on line with all the facilities. We found the restaurants food very good with plenty of choice for all. Staff around the hotel were very professional and worked very hard cleaning and serving those who needed extra assistants. First week hotel did not seem full and sunbeds were not a problem to find at a reasonable time around pool or on the beach. Beach and bar very nice and the sea depth went out very gradually so quite good for children. Only a couple of things that let the hotel down was the evening entertainment which we found very disappointing compared with other hotels that we have stayed at in the area and a couple of the male entertainment team members who seemed to get along with a group who were at the hotel at the same time as us, one drinking with the group and then joining in with them pushing each other into the pool and the other diving into the pool where it said no diving and having to be told by a guest there was no diving in the pool allowed.. For those who like to get out for a look around plenty of shops and Bazaars and places to eat are just up the road walking distance and also Side (Saturday) and Manavgat (Monday) markets. Side old town worth a visit at night for a little shopping and eating and also to see the ruins illuminated. Taxi to Side 15 Euros and Manavgat 17 Euros.
