Never encountered better staff.

Spent a few days here and from the second we walked through the door, into reception, the experience could not have been better. The rooms were spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. The food was excellent. The main thing that struck our entire group was the staff. I have never been in a more welcoming environment. From reception, to pool staff , through to the cleaning staff there was not one person who did not go out of their way to be helpful. I can honestly say I have never been in a more welcoming environment. All the staff were lovely but I have to mention Nikos by name; he made my brother and myself very whether in the evenings or at breakfast. If I am ever in the area again I would make a point of booking into this hotel.

So happy we booked to stay here

Where do I start... Smaller hotel than some others in Dassia but that suited us perfectly. . Beautiful grounds that are set away from the main road which makes it feel really peaceful. The staff are really helpful & attentive. Highly recommend the Greek night for a chance (to attempt) to dance & a real icebreaker to have a giggle with the other guests. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay!!!

Superb service. Comfy king size bed. Courtous people. The only thing misses out there was no English speaking tv channel. The breakfast was very good. Dassia location is only about 20 minutes from the old city, kerkyra. I do recommend this hotel.

Family holiday to Tryp by Wyndham, Dassia

Was a wonderful holiday and very much needed. The hotel ensured we had a lovely time and could not have been more helpful or friendlier at every level. The spa was lovely as was the swimming pool and pool bar manager. Very informative helping us with hiring a car or local bus services. Excellent service

Amazing Hidden Gem

This is our second stay at this beautiful Hotel and everything was just as amazing as our first visit. We got upgraded for our first 3 days which was a very special touch from Tonia and Jenny on reception as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Special gifts were also left in our room to help us celebrate thank you to Nikos who cannot do enough for you very attentive. The Hotel and rooms are spotless, I mean SPOTLESS. We had a room overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens which was amazing. Great choice at breakfast with both hot and cold menus. You must visit the spa. I had an amazing pedicure and polish and also a complimentary Indian Head Massage by the lovely Argiro . You must, must visit the spa what a lovely experience , very relaxing. We are so looking forward to our next visit to this hidden gem . I think we have made some lovely friends and look forward to seeing them all again . Thank you all 5 stars all around. x
