Me and my friends had a great experience at this hotel! The staff is amazing, food is tasty, there are a lot of entertainments. A great impression was left by animator of this hotel- Giorgi. That man could put a smile even on the most boring person face! In the evening there's a really nice romantic lighting all over the territory. Talking about food there was a lot of variaty. Some nights they were serving sushi, lobsters, quails. And I gotta say the quality was really good. A big thank you for general manager Halil Ibrahim❤️

The rooms are ok, the food is tasty. As for the bar and the drinks, it is very poor. The drinks menu is very narrow, the bartenders understand only Turkish, Russian is very poor, so it is very difficult to communicate. All drinks come in plastic glasses, which is very low. There is no space on the beach, if you come later, you will not find a place. the price of the hotel does not correspond to the quality at all. A total disappointment.

It was a great hotel with fantastic entertainment where you can have an unforgivable holidays. Friendly staff, very clean. Various food for different tastes, comfortable place for family trip. Good night shows, neat pools, lovely beach specially at sunrise.

We enjoyed our holiday, but this hotel was a bit of a disappointment compared to last year when we stayed in a fabulous hotel in Kiriş. Warm welcome and staff generally friendly and approachable. Location is great, fantastic view of the mountains and only a short walk to the private beach and pier. Always found good availability for loungers at the beach and pier. We noticed the hotel and room was a little tired in places, a bit more attention to detail and safety and we could score higher. We flagged up an issue with the shower and a dangerous electric socket and this was promptly seen to. Hotel felt very full, and this was reflected in long wait times for food to be made up eg: omelettes, meats off the grill, pasta, waffles and drinks. They could really help themselves by making beer and water self-serve, like they do at some of their coffee machines. Evening dining just didn't feel relaxing, chaotic and a bit of a scramble for popular dishes. All good at breakfast and the snack bar was good. Although there's supposed to be no reserving of loungers around the pool, this went on unchallenged, which was frustrating. Would love to think that hotels have plans to reduce their use of plastics, got a shocking reminder of how much bottled water and plastic drinks cups guests go through each day. On the last day we had a late flight and went to use the changing rooms to freshen up and change. Sadly, the Spa staff expected us to use the same towels we had used all day at the beach, issue rectified by the main reception but a needles bit of confrontation at the end of the holiday.

Arrived here to a nice welcome. Asked if I would like to upgrade the room for a cash charge. Saw the room and didn’t like it and so they showed me the room. I was allocated (standard room) and it was on first floor overlooking a roof and we literally couldn’t see anything accept a huge roof. I did pay extra 26£ per person for a pool side veiw on booking with love holidays, which didn’t show up on their system, just said standard room. So he showed me another room on top floor which was the same standard room just had a view. I was changed an extra £35. I paid it because I didn’t want to be stuck on first floor. Also one of our party didn’t come and we lost £1500 on our holiday. But they didn’t seem to mind and still charged me £35… I’m glad I did as the view was amazing could see the sea and the mountains… Hotel has wear and tear which is fine. But isn’t the cleanest. When we came to the room there was dust on lamps. Smeared mirrors, dirty skirting boards and finger prints on tv. So no deep clean for new arrivals. Food was standard for an all inclusive, always found something to eat. Beach was amazing, sea was lovely. it wasn’t an issue walking a few minutes out of the hotel to get to it. Main pool way too loud and busy and the quiet pool only has 8 sun loungers. Wish there were more pool options. Pool area clean and staff work hard. If you want a place at the main pool You need to put your towel out about 6.30-7am and there is no garantee that it will be there when you arrive to sit. We opted for the beach as if you get there at 10 it’s no issue with sun longer… Resurant isn’t that nice. It’s very busy at times and the tables are a bit dirty and same place mats are used and not really cleaned. Ice cream was always melted so I didn’t bother to get any. There are not enough places to get drinks at night so have to Que up. We don’t drink alcohol so we were always waiting for people who were ordering cocktail drinks. Often there would only be one bar man. If you like a loud holiday this is definitely for you. As the pool is loud all day with loads of activities going on.. But if you want peace and a bit of quiet it’s a bit hard around the pool…. most people here are Russian and I only saw 1 other English family in the whole two weeks we were there. The staff don’t really speak English. I don’t mind as I generally keep myself to myself anyway but I went with my daughter who is 15 and would have liked to make friends and was difficult as no one spoke English and the women and girls seemed a bit rude they look you up and down all the time. We got so used to it and it just made us laugh. It was nice to have a bit of atmosphere outside with all the shops. If you want to buy any extra snacks you need to walk about 10-15 minutes to the cheaper supermarket as the ones outside charge triple the amount for Doritos and crisps etc… The people in the shops outside get a bit annoyed when you don’t buy stuff. I was hoping for some bargains as the pound against the lira is good. But they want to price everything in euro instead of their own currency and l was a bit annoyed by this as we had lira. The spa was nice the lady who massaged me was absolutely amazing. She found places on me that I never knew I had pain in and she unknotted me. Her name is Nana. I would highly recommend. You can negotiate a price with the spa guys if you book a few sessions. Overall holiday was good.
