    Just an average hotel
    I think this has to be one of the most overhyped hotels I have ever come across. This hotel looks very grand, the lobby interior is breathtaking as well as the pools. However after the nice views, there is not much more to this hotel unfortunately. We booked based on the good reviews and feel like either the reviews are fake, people been paid to give a good review, old reviews when the hotel was good or (no offence) these people may not be used to actual 5 star service The hotel needs updating, carpets are worn, wooden planks on walkways are worn and discoloured and some parts are dark with not enough light. Some lift buttons not working, plus sockets coming out the wall..so much needs fixing there Our rooms bath tub panel was falling off, the toilet door doesnt close properly and curtains were stained. Another room in our party had a very weird musky smell so had to keep the door open. However the room we had was spacious The buffet did not have that much variety because lunch and dinner was almost the same food over and over which made the buffet bit boring however this is common with buffet foods usually The a la carte restaurants were nice- the steak and fish restaurant were good. Italian and Asian were also nice enough and service in the a la cartes were good. Its a real shame that the Indian and Turkish is closed and they do not tell you this on their website or on the travel operators website. Its a shame you come to Turkey and cant eat a Turkish meal here! The snack bar/restaurants shut at 4pm which is fairly early, you have to go to the Bistro to get any food which also becomes repetitive. The mardan lounge bar always looks like its closed when you go there. The lobby bar, service is slow The pools were freezing, you could not get in..they were that cold. Eventually they heated the indoor pool by day 5 which helped The service was bad, at times it was a joke. This was the biggest let down here, i could look past everything else but bad service over and over again is just not acceptable. The bars take so long to get your order(to come and take your order and then bring it) and when they did eventually give the drinks..the order would be wrong. It would take over 30 minutes sometimes to get some drinks, im a very patient person but they would just forget or take soo long. The staff at the main beach bar, they were so moody..one even started moaning in Turkish to her colleague. They dont even have basic manners- it was like they are doing us a favour There would be the odd staff member who was nice which made a difference. You go to the bars and hardly any menus, you have to ask for snacks to have with your drinks. Sometimes they give it, other times they just ignore you. The housekeeping staff were a joke too..they would drop something off and hang around looking for a tip- we literally just got there and had to give them whatever money we had left in our bag because we had not got to the cash machine yet! This hotel needs help in training the staff- the management think they are doing so great but honestly never experienced service like this. Im shocked at what the hotel charges and the service here. We were not the only ones who thought the service was terrible. I did enjoy the coffee, the fresh juices at the indoor pool and generally the resort was fairly quite which was pleasant I don’t recommend this hotel, purely because of the service

    Definitely not a 5 star all inclusive plus resort
    On first arrival the hotel looked very impressive but I will never stay at this hotel again. We checked in and were left to find our room on our own. When we eventually found it it was the size of a shoe box and the heat was overpowering. Room 6014 is meant to be a premium side seaview. It had the view but nothing else was premium about it apart from the walk in shower. I immediately went to reception to complain and was offered an upgrade to a family room at a special price of €900 - no offer of a different room with the same category that we booked. We were then moved to a family room 5058 which was a nice room but again the heat in the room was overpowering. We couldn’t regulate the water temperature in the walk in shower - it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The shower over the bath worked fine but that was not an option for my husband who has arthritis in his knees. Let’s just say neither of us slept the first night due to the heat in the room. Complained to reception about the shower and the lack of aircon. They would send someone from Technical to fix the shower and told us that the aircon had been switched off. Needless to say the shower still didn’t work. Next morning after another sleepless night due to the heat in the room went to see the holiday rep who said he would get us moved to another room but because of the location of the room for my husband said we would rather the problem was sorted. He also said that the aircon in the hotel had been shut down entirely because it would be too cold for the other guests!! I had asked for a fan in the room but they were all in use. Shower was still not fixed so back to reception that evening who offered us a premium family room with land view. Refused because I didn’t pay for a land view. They ended up putting us in a half lake house which was a lovely room but again no aircon. This is not the hotel for you if you have any dietary issues. I have never seen so much cross contamination in a buffet restaurant. The food is not labelled with allergens. I witnessed someone moving food with their fingers to get at some food in the middle of the tray. Best sticking to the bistro or al a carte restaurants. It is also not all inclusive plus. After three days of our stay a lot of the premium drinks were not being offered despite them still being on display. Even if you asked for a Baileys or a Hennessy you still got the cheap alternative. After 7 nights without any sleep let’s just say we have never been so glad to get home albeit with the mosquito bites from sleeping with doors and windows open a reminder of what we left behind.

    I'm came from Egypt me and my family, we saying in thr hotel, really it was very nice days , specially for my kids in mini club , they played with stuff really the stuff was very tearfully with my kids and very nice people .. We're very appropriate the hotel and stuff and we hope to visit the hotel again ..

    October half term chill out!
    Fantastic hotel, staff were extremely helpful. Food and drinks were amazing, we ate mainly in the a la cart restaurants in the evening but the buffet for breakfast. Guest assistants Mahshid and Faryar looked after us via WhatsApp and were available to answer any questions and provide us with information on the entertainment each day. All our restaurant bookings and cabana booking were made via them. The cabana we had was on the pier and it was fantastic, I'd definitely recommend it! Pure chill out week. We went in the October half term and the days were lovely and hot but it was a bit chilly in the evening and the huge, beautiful pool was cold but there was an indoor heated pool and a small outdoor one. I enjoyed the yoga classes every morning and there were lots of other activities if you wanted to do any.
