Best hotel i have ever stayed in. Brilliant food and facilitys will definately give emre a pay rise he is the best worker. The pools are clean and two heated pools with sauna steamroom. There is also a private beach with bar and snacks i love this hotel

We had a lovely time at Lara beach staying in a beautiful suite with a hot tub! We received a lovely fruit basket and wine on arrival. There is a huge choice re food, snacks, dessert and drinks. The steam room etc is great, highly recommend! Found outdoor pools pleasant for the time of year.

What a beautiful hotel, loved all the pools and the variety of food - especially the afternoon tea - cakes were stunning, especially the eclairs! Loved the spa and the room with two floors with the welcome food and wine! Stunning! It was a great break ;)

Spent 5days on a jet 2 break noted as luxury 5 star it wasn’t. Room :booked 2 rooms given 1 large family room 1805 . Air conditioning was poor as this was November it was bad enough however in mid summer would have been unbearable , lights in room were working some days not others. Clean though and mini bar was filled regularly. Service:Main restaurant was awful , breakfast coffee was delivered after breakfast was finished this was every single morning.Constantly asking for coffee or juice -Not enough staff Evening meal had to seek own cutlery off tables as limited staff, same issues with getting a drink at night in restaurant. Cabana:Fantastic staff were extremely helpful, expensive but very good Lunch:Pool bars great quick service and no issues Food:Excellent choices , no issues with this. Speciality restaurant:Cost £25 was ridiculous , extremely disappointing, we were with a disabled family member, main course was brought out before all were finished and left on the table going cold while they finished their soup, I asked the sommelier for wine which he said they didn’t stock however it was in the restaurant downstairs. Wasn’t a special occasion felt rushed out of this and not a nice relaxed feel. Massage: Was lovely , some upselling but to be expected Hairdresser: I always have my hair done on the last day of my holidays however was absolutely disgusted as I asked for a colour, unbeknown to me, the hairdresser decided to do a keratin hair treatment . He did not cut my hair asked me to stand and used a razor to straighten my ends. At the end I was asked for £350 , I could have cried as expected it to be £80 max was advertised as £60 , he then said he did keratin etc , which I didn’t agree to or aware off he was speaking in Turkish , he eventually reduced to £230 , absolutely conned by the hairdresser.Please DO NOT go to them. Entertainment: Nightly music in bar however never any seats so no where to go. Out of season so aware it’s quiet but pretty boring at night as nothing to do This has now given me a bad taste about this resort . Extremely disappointing as expected much better from a “5 star” resort

I would have given 3 and a half stars. We’ve just had 5 lovely days here in mid November, still sunbathing weather. We enjoyed the hotel but it’s been our least favourite out of 5 Turkey holidays perhaps part down to the time of the year and so much being shut, very understandable with reduced numbers of guests. The biggest positive has been the food and drinks, we were very happy with this having had lowish expectations but this is something the hotel does very well. Check in/out was speedy, room service reliable and the minibar restocked daily. As others have mentioned the rooms are still hot this time of year, aircon is clearly switched off so we had our balcony door open a lot. The things we have preferred in other 5 star Turkey hotels… The grounds/beach etc just aren’t that attractive, not many nice places to sit and no nice gardens or scenery, the beach is very bland. Hotel main building looks smart but everything is just a bit tired. The staff are all working hard but generally look fed up and we’ve had much friendlier more smiley service elsewhere. Maybe the size of the place takes some personality away, it just didn’t have the “feel” of similar hotels. Overall you’ll have a good stay here if you can find a good price but personally think there are lots of better choices in Turkey.
