TITANIC BEACH SPA & AQUA PARK

On arrival, reception staff had trouble finding our booking despite giving a reference number and physically giving them the evidence of the booking, we were advised we could check in from 14:00, our room was not ready until 17:00. We booked a swim up room, these do not exist at this hotel , only at the sister hotel. No double beds on site, have had to sleep two people on a twin bed, offered a downgrade of a room at a cost so that the beds could be pushed together, as not possible in deluxe room. The room HAS NOT been cleaned since we arrived, we have booked a 12 night stay, see photo evidence of bedding on bed that has not been used. The food was nice for first couple of days, but then was the same every night for rest of stay. Food also covered in oil, so near on inedible. Ice cream an extra charge unless you want a mr whippy … although the pay for ice cream was really nice! Staff are really friendly and great at supplying with drinks, good that you can use the sister hotels facilities which is by far a lot nicer and has a Starbucks 😍 The water park is underwhelming, not all slides have been on for our stay and the swimming pools at the hotel are freezing cold. The bowling was fun and a fair price, don’t bother with the waves bar unless you make a reservation. Great stay if you just want to lay by the pool and sunbathe/relax. First all inclusive holiday we have been on and lost weight. Make sure you take bug spray, we have been eaten by mosquitoes. Loads of places to sit, but not a right lot to do.

Extraordinary vacation, lots of pools, a beach bar with great cocktails, even we went there for 7 nights we didn't had the time to visit all dining restaurants, they have 8 a la carte and 2 main. They clean the rooms and change towels each day. The only small minus that I see is that the sea level depends on the ebb, we didn't managed to swim in the sea but it is not like you cannot swim at all.... we didn't felt this like a real minus

LOVED this hotel!!!!! The staff here were amazing, so happy, so friendly and so helpful! Shout out to the lovely gentlemen who cleaned my room, but also the lovely restaurant staff who looked after me every day. They were always so happy to help. The pool was big, so it never felt too busy. The beach was great - I loved that you could have a bit of privacy with the wind shields, and the bar staff always made sure you had a drink if you wanted. Also great if you want to book any water activities. The rooms were nice and big, and clean. Went to the disco at the resort - DJ was a bit of a let down, but we still had fun. Also some of the specialty restaurants were great - loved the Mongolian, and the Italian (the manager was soo nice!). You can also walk across to the Titanic Palace which is cool. Only thing is after 930pm, there isn't much nightlife, but the disco is cool. Would stay here again!

First visit 5-12th November with a friend and we had the best time. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the cleaners work so hard especially Hassan 199, with his cheeky smile and fun car cart. The food covered choices for everyone’s taste and they was lots of fresh and specialty restaurants to choose from, book all your restaurants as soon as you arrive or you may miss out on getting a table. Our waiter for the week Mohammed 425 ensured we got a table, had regular drinks brought to the table and were happy each visit. We ate in the Chinese, Lebanese, Indian and Italian restaurants during our stay, couldn’t get a table in the grill it was booked out. There was lots of sun beds around the pool, and again our waiter Mohammed 312 made our days enjoyable and brought us drinks including bottles of water throughout the day, he was friendly and welcoming each day, we could not have asked for better service. Rooms were clean, fresh linen and towels as needed and fridge was stocked with coke and water daily. The beach was great too, lots of beds, waiters and beach bar had great lunch options. We used the facilities and showing the adjoining hotel Titanic palace which was really lovely, the animation team ran activities all day and into the late night at the onsite night club. *This hotel could do with an adult only pool and quiet space as the amount of families and children can be a lot to listen to every day, for those who wish to relax and have a quiet drink or peaceful sunbathing space. *You will also be tortured by sales people for the trips, spa etc if you are not interested or want peace and quiet, get a red flag for your sunbed to let them know you don’t want to be disturbed. *Shop outside of the resort as it’s double the price in the hotel shops.

the hotel is very nice. Food is ok. the only issues we had it was the shallow water in the sea. everything else was so good, the best is the service everywhere you go. Restaurant service good, the bars service very good , pool service very good. They always find sunbeds for you. The best service from Eslam in the evening pool bar,he was always looking after everyone, very good service. Karim at the pool and Ahmed the lifeguard. Shady at the beach very very good. they are serving drinks to the sunbeds,one of the best holiday. thanks for everything everyone.
