I’m here for the first time, everything is at a high level. Tasty and varied food. Good and attentive staffs. I would like to say a special thanks to the waiter Adil, he serves the guests wonderfully and does not leave anyone without attention. He is a cool worker

Great family resort with good service. Something to do for pretty much everyone. Lots of great activities for the childrens as well as adults to play water polo. Great scenery and views . You’ll be spoiled for choice of swimming pools for your family as well as restaurants. Thanks very much to the entertainment department of the norm hotel.

Plus: Wonderful location not far of the airport. Beautiful green territory. Beautiful beach with clear water and enjoyable breeze. Minus: Cleaning service is a disaster: dirty rooms (our socks and feet were black every day), dirty chair pillows at every bar/restaurant, dirty baby chairs, dirty cutlery. Poorly (un)finished rooms with very bad sound isolation. Buffet is small and dark. No food name cards, no way to know what food is actually presented. You just need to guess and hope you like it and you're not allergic to it. Poor service, ask a coffee and pray you get it before finishing breakfast. Non existing service at the beach. Level of English is mostly insufficient to understand customer needs. Side note: 5 star reviews are generally from turkish people with only 1 tripadvisor contribution which are most likely pointing to fake (bought) reviews. Funny enough tripadvisor is blocked on the hotel Wifi. Are they trying to prevent customers to write bad reviews while being onsite? Skip this hotel if you care about service/quality, pay a bit more and go to Voyage Torba instead.

The hotel has been renovated and the facility is generally nice, clean and tidy, the location and the sea are nice, the pools are sufficient. Few negative aspects: - The staff is new and inexperienced. The staff do not have any knowledge about the hotel at all. - During our stay ;the first week of August the hotel was completely full and the staff was insufficient. You may need to wait 1 hour for a hot snack.( lahmacun) - The rooms are generally nice but the sound insulation is very bad in bunglow type rooms. You can completely hear the sounds in the next room. - There is not much entertainment , there is DJ performing every night but no one really enjoys. - The main restaurant was left in darkness in the evening at dinner time during a power outage, the generator is insufficient. - The staff constantly asks for good comments about themselves to be written in google or tripadvisor, but the service received does not deserve a good comment. Insistent comment requests become unpleasant after a while. Overall hotel is ok for its price but dont keep your expectations high for here.

Rooms are decorated with brand new furniture and design. Everywhere is regularly kept and cleaned. There are various bars, restaurants and patisserie that produce delicious and plenty varieties. Staff are dedicated to give great service despite busy period (Ercan, Seyda, Yigit are a few to name with their smiling service always checking out on us). We have missed an amphitheater for entertainment part as DJ performance was not relevant. It`s good to try the alacarte's as well for a change. Management is hands on for all customer requests and issues. Sea is clean with different accessible options.
