Very nice stay

We had a very nice time at the end of August and beginning of September. Overall, our stay at the hotel meets our expectations. The rooms are clean. The cleaning service is very nice. Very friendly waiters at the beach bar. Generally, very friendly and polite staff. The hotel guests are mainly Germans, Poles, Russians, some British and Turks. The hotel grounds are well-kept. A few more sunbeds and especially umbrellas by the pools would be useful. Only some of the sunbeds have a roof, giving some shade. Lots of sunbeds on the beach. The beach is a few minutes’ walk-through green area of the hotel. Water sports available on the beach, additionally paid. The food is tasty, replenished during meals. The choice is adequate - a lot of grilled fish and meats in the buffet outside the main restaurant. Bottled water is generally available. Large bottles of water are also replenished in the rooms by the cleaning service. We had no stomach problems, and we were a family with children and the elderly. Overall very positive.

Absolutely enjoyed it. You must try if you visit Süral.

Turkish alacart was devine the starters were plentiful and very flavoursome. The liver was delicious and cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed it. Service was really friendly and prompt. I recomend it to anyone who would like to enjoy fine dining experince.

Excellent Service!

We just came back from our holiday, and Sural Resort Hotel is a perfect place to be, especially since it was our first time visiting Turkey. We were never disappointed with the service. The staff were very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and showed personal care. All of them are very hardworking, and I can name a few who really made us feel comfortable and secure: Tatiana, Delik, Delim, Sude, and Omar at the reception and all the staff at the main restaurant. Aisha at the massage helped us when we met her at the bus stop. It’s not her job to direct us, but she did her very best to answer our queries about nearby places and where to go. There are loads of varieties of food, all of which are fresh and very delicious. The beach is clean and well-maintained, as is the swimming pool. The resort's cleanliness is superb everywhere, including our room. The internet connection is good and free. They made our experience enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back again. the food, the view was amazing, and also the employees were very kind to us, really appreciate that. the restaurant food was really delicious and had many kinds of food which is the best thing for me for this trip!! beach was not far and was clean also the pool was very clean

A great family hotel

Decent food,good hospitality and amazing personal relationships. For me the most important aspect of a hotel is food and rest assured you will get it here. The aquapark facility is fun aswell. My stay here was around one week and ı enjoyed every bit of it.
