I was actually there in October 2023. The hotel is located near Lerapetra on the beach shore. The rooms are in order. There is a swimming pool for children. The food is delicious. Only with all inclusive was the poor choice of alcoholic beverages. Next to it are several souvenir shops, car rental points. You need to drive to the sights of Crete (they are all further). Water activities can be ordered on the beach.

The Greeks give 5 stars - complete nonsense. xxx gives 4 stars, reality 3 stars. Clean but worn hotel. The plus point is the nice and helpful staff who try. It is a run-down hotel with old shabby furniture in the rooms. The bathroom is downright ugly. Black mold in the joint between the frame and the tub. The sea view was more of a lawn view as the room's terrace, not the advertised balcony, was half a meter below ground level. The sea could be seen as a narrow, very distant strip on the horizon. The family room did have a sliding door. But after they were closed, the parents' corner became a closed dungeon, into which warm air from the children's air-conditioned section was driven by an additional, boisterous fan located in the upper corner of the partition. Technical nonsense. The sliding door had to be open at all times. The food was good. The assortment was changing. Only meat prepared on stainless steel plates was always dried out, hard, and often burnt. On the contrary, stewed meat, pork, beef, chicken, turkey or mutton served in various sauces was soft and very tasty. Side dishes like potatoes, home fries, rice, pasta, all very good. Various baked savory pies with imaginative fillings (spinach, ham, cheese, mushrooms, etc.) were very good. There was fruit but in a rather poor, repetitive assortment. On the contrary, there was a wide selection of vegetables, both raw and cooked and again very tasty. Sweets and ice cream in a sufficient, changing assortment. The water in the sea was crystal clear and warm. Access to the water via several wooden boardwalks. Perfectly marked and large enough area for swimming, watched by a lifeguard. Common and well-known water attractions available So many pros. The entire coast is covered with a thick layer of gray pebbles of varying grain size, no sand, not even in the water. The entrance to the water is quite steep. The feet crumbled into small pebbles resembling very coarse sand quickly and unexpectedly up to the ankles. It was challenging to keep the balance. Completely unsuitable for elderly and less mobile people. In the sea, the bottom sloped rapidly. I, 194 cm tall, walked about 10 meters, and then it was not enough. We cannot recommend nor want a return.

Total overview 4 stars, not 5! Pluses: 1. First line - beach in 2 minutes from main building 2. Food: enough for everyone. But there is standard menu for every 3-4 days - so if you stay more then 7 days - you will have no diversity 3. Amazing landscapes as from sea view rooms as from garden view. Minuses: 1. Service - we have asked about late departure in 10 days before - were told to ask in date departure, and of course - there was no such possibility. 2. In the description there is no word that all activities only in French. So there is no kid club or any other animation for people who is not French speaking. 3. All public wc in the whole hotel are dirty and smells really bad… it’s almost impossible to visit… 4. queues in all bars. Sometimes you need to spend 15 minutes to get some drinks.

In general I have to said it was very good. Hotel - who is expecting design hotel will be surely dissapointed, but anyvay rooms was clean and normaly furnished. Cleaning was every day so as changing towels. Beach towels you could change also everyday or not as you want - but these was up to anyone. Restaurant /bar /food - these was totally 5* food was excelent every day and really a lot of variations staff there was also excellend and very nice that was the same in a bars - there I would praise all of them. Beach and the see - was also very nice /clean and I was very happy first two days we have got really nice and than come the storms and was a bigger waves - but it has nothing to do with hotel and beach :) negative - oly what i would tell negative - we could not stay in a rooms longer anyway we would like to pay for it - we have to leave at 12 but our bus was leaving hotel nearly at 20 - they have said they are totally full, but anyway in my view there should be obtion anyway you travel with kids you would appriciate some private space where you can take shower or change clothes or make a rest. Despite this fact i can imagine I would spend holiday in this resort again

Bed bugs a cluster under my shoulder on the first night told reception then a couple each night hairdryer not working a free for all at mealtimes not many English in hotel.pool and beach sunbeds bagged at night /early morning so had to search them.out meals good selection Animation staff enthusiastic. No Spa Pool Bar or Mamma Mia restaurant I would not return
