Nice but not 5 star

My partner and I have just spent a week at this hotel. When we arrived we were put in a standard room, which was very shabby and tired (certainly not 5 star standard). We went to reception to explain that we were unhappy with our room and that we would be like to be moved to another room, and that we will willing to pay for an upgraded room. However, we were told by a very unhelpful member of the reception staff that a move would not be possible, he did not care that we were unhappy. Thankfully Valerie, from the customer relations team, addressed our concerns and immediately sorted out a room upgrade for us. We were moved to a fantastic room on the 7th floor with amazing views of sea. There are a lot of older people who stay at this hotel, so probably not suitable for anyone looking for somewhere lively! The waiters, animation team and lifeguards work really hard and are all so helpful!

Nice visit

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was very good, there was a lot of variety. The staff is very friendly and kind. and the animation team was great. We really enjoyed the experience, I would definitely repeat and also recommend it.

vacation of a lifetime :)

I recommend the hotel with all my heart. The facility is suitably equipped to combine rest and relaxation. Lots of space on the facility for typical beaching. Snorkeling enthusiasts will also find something for themselves, and the views from the windows are pleasing to the eye. Food, very tasty, varied and very large in quantity. Employees always willing to help and very polite.

Relaxing and energetic gateway

The staff and animation team are the best thing along with the great food and breathtaking view❤️ Activities all the time with the energetic animation team (specially Aicha, sending her virtual hugs from cairo to Hurghada🥰🥰) The room needs to be renovated and this was the weak point during our stay, furniture is very old, drains are not working efficiently, but the bed was cosy though they need to change the pillows. The beach is so nice, giving you a safety feeling, the pool and jacuzzi are very clean and the whole area was managed in a way that kept it dry all the time so no accidents of slipping happened. The jacuzzi spot is perfect with an amazing view of the sea ❤️ It was our wedding anniversary trip so they arranged the room with some cute hearts on bed and sent us a cake with 2 free photos from the hotel photographer which was a very warm gesture🥰 Overall we had a great vacation there❤️

Great luxury hotel with food and service to match.

Our holiday started with a great welcome from the reception staff, we were concerned about being on the 7th floor but the lifts were efficient and quick. Our room was on the small side but very clean and well presented. Our housekeeper was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. The all inclusive buffet was excellent with lots of choice for both hot and cold food, our experience in the dining room was made more special by our waiter, Ibrahim, he was really 1st class. The beach area was laid out well and serviced by an army of waiters. The practice of allowing guests to out towels on sun beds in the early hours of the morning should be changed. We found some of the sellers ( mainly the massage team) on the beach used overly aggressive sales techniques. The red flag system was good once we found out about it.
