SUNRISE GRAND SELECT CRYSTAL BAY - POSH CLUB

I was in this hotel for a week and I couldn’t not wait to be back home .They are stealing money and trying to tip themselves without your consent and they are never giving back change. When they ask you to change the money chek properly because they put Egyptians money in it . For example: if you give them 20€ to change you get maybe 5€ without knowing so please chek it properly. I booked all inclusive but people there was pushing me to pay for the drinks and food what’s not included. Even when I say no they keep pushing it and it’s so disappointing. Everything is not including at all so i don’t understand why is it saying all inclusive when half of the things are not . People are only friendly if you give a tip but if you don’t they will not bother asking you for a drink or anything on the pool . Every time I lied on the pool and tried to relax people with selling things waked me up and bothered me all the time even when I said no . I think that’s not normal. Definitely not recommended for LGBTQ if you don’t want to be harassed and asked weird questions. I was there with a friend who looks litle masculine and workers made us feel so uncomfortable and everyone was steering at us and made us so uncomfortable.i wish I never booked it

First off , we have visited sharm and hurghada on many occasions and are aware that Egyptian 5* is not the same level as uk . Having been to this area of hurghada on occasions prior to this trip, I had noted how lovely and inviting the place looks from the road and pathway, it looked popular and inviting . Our holiday was booked very last minute and we grabbed a great deal, therefore for the price we paid we didn’t expect a luxurious resort. We had a junior suite which consists of bedding area and lounge, bathroom with small bath and shower over, No lighting in this are so was dark. Basic and out dates rooms and ours has a musty smell about it. However this was minor as we only spend time asleep at washing in the room. Pool/beach towels provided every day, please note if you were to misplace towel you will be charged about £10 English. 2 large sized pools. Be prepared to arise early each morning (5:45) to secure sun loungers as this resort is very much geared towards Eastern Europeans, and from experience there WILL be battles. Waiter service around pool is slow, but they all are very friendly and will try hard to please. Beautiful food at island bar ( at cost of £20 each) the Mediterranean is also very nice ( included ) main buffet restaurant, typical all inclusive style, but edible. Access to beach is allowed at neighbouring hotel across road, however beach bar is chargeable . All in all I personally would NOT return to this hotel but for the price we paid we had a lovely relaxing break in the sun , our first trip abroad since covid.
