SUNRISE GRAND SELECT CRYSTAL BAY

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, I was a solo traveller and a little nervous being on my own but this place made me feel comfortable and at home. It was very clean and well presented at all times. A special shout out to ~Ahmed Alsoudy who is based in the buffet restaurant he was so attentive and made me feel right at home, knew exactly what my drink was after one visit and made me feel very welcome and his passion for the job shines through! The only gripe I had was I paid for an upgrade for a swim up pool in which does not get any sun! So I actually spent my days by the main pool and didn’t make use of my upgrade. But I would 100% return and just pay for a normal room.

My stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay, I was thoroughly pleased with the high standards of the resort. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a relaxing atmosphere. One standout aspect was the bar service, especially bartender Khaled & Akash, exceptional mixology skills and warm, attentive service made the experience memorable. The drinks were expertly crafted, adding to the enjoyable ambiance. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and beachfront, were perfect for unwinding. Overall, TUI BLUE Crystal Bay provided an excellent blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service.

This is our third visit to this wonderful hotel. We were surprised to receive an upgrade on our room, what a lovely amd overwhelming surprise (626). Staff and environment welcoming as ever. Food quality and variety met and exceeded our needs. Chefs available at every meal for any questions or queries. We met and made friends with a coeliac who found the chefs and staff provided for all their requirements. Special thanks to Magdy, in the buffet restaurant, for his attentive service and friendly interaction. If you are a soup fan, this place is paradise. Al a carte visits to Elia and Manohar were fabulous as before, thank you to the wonderful staff and management for their care and time. Gardens very well kempt and we trust that our thanks is expressed to the hardworking gardeners. Bar staff from Sameh on the beach; the great Yades bar staff; Ahmed, Mohamed Derar, Tarek and Omar at the pool bar; then to the Terrace and lobby guys- Ahmed Cabo, Mohamed the cocktail maestro (daddy to be) and all the others. You are all a credit to your management. We noted a change in the quality of cocktails on this visit and are appreciative of this. Our room was kept clean throughout our visit and our housekeeper was ever ready for a quick hello and to check all was well with our room. As a mention of our experiences. We would recommend speaking to the hotel staff. The reception/guest relations are very approachable and wish to deal with any problems or issues as quickly as possible. They have been brilliant for us before, on this occasion, as an example, I noticed a dodgy handle on a toilet door at the pool. I mentioned it to a maintenance manager and it was dealt with, within the day. Great to see Fawsey and David John at reception again, all  staff are helpful, knowledgeable and keen to help. So, please don't wait until you get home to complain on TripAdvisor as the hotel really do want to make you stay as pleasurable as possible.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to impress us with its service and atmosphere. The staff are incredibly attentive, and we’d like to give a special mention to Tamer, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was fast, friendly, and fantastic with our child—a true gem! While the entertainment for kids was more abundant during our visit in April, the October experience was still enjoyable. The seafood restaurant was another highlight, with delicious shrimp and lobster, though we’d appreciate larger lobster portions and an expanded wine list. Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful vacation experience for families, and we can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing holiday! The beach was spotless, and the staff there were exceptional, always attentive and friendly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful. The animation team added so much fun to our stay - they were fantastic! The food at the main restaurant was excellent, BUT our FAVORITE was the Indian Restaurant MANOHAR!!! which we visited most often. The service there was outstanding, with a cheerful and humorous staff, who made every meal a delight. A special thanks to Mohamed Ali , who went above and beyond to take care of us. He ensured we were always well- served, and every dish was beautifully presented!!! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!!!
