SUNRISE DIAMOND BEACH - POSH CLUB

This is quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in .This was our second visit and from the minute we arrived we were made so welcome ,it was particularly nice that some of the staff remembered us from our first visit . we stayed in a swim up room 9121 which was perfect .The staff who tidied our room were brilliant and we loved the daily Towel art. The guys who looked after us changing our beach towels ,bringing us drinks through out the day and the life guard on the pier were great . Peter in the sports bar and Abdul in the sky bar kept us well watered and the endless supply of crisps was most appreciated . The food in all the restaurants is so much nicer than any other all inclusive hotels we've stayed in before and the service is second to none . We were well looked after by Gamal,Mohamed and of course the 'legend ' Mahmoud. The guys on the grill ,the egg fryer and lads cleaning away make every sitting a lovely experience . What makes this hotel so special is the fantastic teamwork on show and how hard they work to make our holidays so enjoyable . The general manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and the way he and his team looked after us will have us coming back as often as we can . Thank you everyone .

A truly amazing holiday that was faultless. The staff and General Manager were beyond helpful. The food was excellent. Entertainment good variety.There was everything you need in the way of facilities. Definitely returning as soon as we can.

We are currently visiting Sunrise diamond beach for our second time, we visited back in May 23 and loved it so much that we have returned for a 2 week break. During our first visit, our room was situated approx 20mtrs from the adult only pool, this was fantastic for changing into dry costumes after a cooling dip. Taher the reception manager told us to contact him when we returned and he would ensure we had the same room. True to his word, we have the same great room this time around. Undoubtedly, the staff make this hotel, everyone is so friendly and they all go the extra mile in ensuring you have everything you need. Special thanks to Ahmed the pool barman and Ibrahim the pool lifeguard who always made sure we had a cold drink and a comfy sunlounger, and to Ahmed who did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean every day. Guests here are asked regularly about their stay, and if there is any way in which the hotel can be improved, on our last visit we suggested the cocktails / drinks needed improving as the choice was very limited, this was taken on board as this time around there is a great improvement on what is available. In our opinion, there are 2 outstanding al carte restaraunts here, firstly the Indian restaurant has a great menu and the food is consistently good, service is great, especially from Eslam who always gave us a warm welcome. The second is the Mongolian, Hany was working here on our first visit 18 months ago and recognised us as soon as we walked in, Hany spoke with Muhammad and Ahmed and told them we were family and they should treat us well, we were not disappointed. There is a welcome addition of a sushi bar within the Mongolian, these are made to order and one of our favourites! This hotel has something for everyone, when you visit Sunrise diamond beach you can be sure that the whole team will be dedicated in taking care of you, so much so we booked another 10 days here early next year!

Sunrise Diamond Beach resort hotel is honestly theee best place we have ever had the pleasure of holidaying. The moment you arrive you are greeted by the most beautiful and attentive staff, check in was quick which was great as we arrived late at night and we were greeted with huge smiles, a drink and the gentleman that greeted us said “Welcome home.” Which was just such a beautiful touch. The thing is everyone there makes it feel like it is your home all of the staff are outstanding no matter what role they have at the resort they all go above and beyond. They all want to make sure you have everything you need and all take the time to say hello and ask how you are and all have beautiful genuine smiles when speaking to you. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, soo so beautiful, the rooms😍 the views😍the pools 😍and beach😍 are all outstanding. Myself and my 14 year old daughter absolutely loved it all. In my opinion this hotel should be rated 5star plus because I don’t think anywhere else will ever be able to measure up to our experience here. If surpassed all our expectations. We had the pleasure of dining at all of the al la carte restaurants as well as using the main dinner hall too and let me tell you everywhere was exceptional. The Italian, the Egyptian, the Indian and the Mongolian were all individually amazing and the main dinner hall had something for everyone no matter what you like. Even my picky eating daughter was able to find something she liked every day😋 I had the opportunity to use the Spa facilities and have a massage too which was like no other I’ve had before. I came out feeling so relaxed and all of my aches and pains melted away. We enjoyed the entertainment by the pool too and got involved in Zumba as well as played volleyball (which I’m absolutely rubbish at but it was still lots of fun) The pool staff and bar staff were also incredible, always made sure you had a lounger ready in your preferred spot and that you had a drink on hand. I also loved how they would bring modelled towels as gifts that was such a special touch✨🥰 We spent every evening after dinner in the SkyBar and we love it there, live music and cocktails nice chilled vibes on the rooftop of the most beautiful hotel with views for miles😍 We did two trips whist we were here, one of which was a ride out in a speedboat which was such an incredible experience and the other was the banana boat which my daughter absolutely loved. You are situated right in your own private beach at this hotel and the sea is so clear and so warm it’s amazing! Our room was always tidied to the highest of standards and again the cleaning staff would arrange your towels into beautiful designs as a thank you for a tip which again was just lovely. Everyone works so hard and such long hours that you just want to tip them although they don’t make you feel like you have to and don’t mind if you don’t. We were so sad to leave that we are already thinking about when we can return and shouting from the rooftops to anyone bag will listen that they need to experience Sharm at this hotel. Thank you all for such an incredible experience and holiday ❤️ There were so many staff that made our hotel what it was that I cannot name you all, please know that every single member of staff and entertainers that we met made our holiday absolutely special and we thank every single one of you. ✨
