Everything was very good.

The hotel was very good and beautifull, the food was very varied. The staff was very kind and helpful. They always paid attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. The best animator team was responsible for the programs during the day. I can only recommend the hotel.

Well worth a visit

Best hotel in hurgarda, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day ( fresh towels) they have 4 al carte restaurants all worth a visit, the pools are well looked after and the pool staff looks after you , even have someone coming around to clean your sunglasses ... yes clean them , the beach is only small but more than enough

What an amazing hotel

We have just come back from this hotel, we had a great time. The food was lovely and there was lots of choice, you could eat at the main restaurant or choose from the greek, burger bar, Italian and Asian which you had to book the day before. All the staff are very friendly and helpful they can't do enough for you. Ramadan, who was one of the head chefs, looked after us very well. The bar staff always remembered your order or made you nice cocktails. Rooms are basic but clean we did change rooms from floor 4 to 2103 and was a lovely room close to everything our cleaner kept everything top up with coffee and tea bags and water and fresh towels everyday. I did have 3 massages while I was there and can defo recommend Fatima she was excellent. I also did have a facial. I would recommend writing a review after the 2nd treatment as was very rushed. The animation team works really hard day and night to keep all the guests entertained with actives like darts quqa gym french balls streching belly dancing and they even offer to take you out to clubs in the evening which was a great idea. There's were lots of lifeguard keeping everyone safe and the pools were kept clean. The grounds were kept very clean and the gardener worked very hard too. Like I said all the staff work very hard and Can gladly say we will be back to this hotel.

Good rest

Good hotel, clean. Very good food. Enough places, bars and snacks in the beach area. Show and children's disco in the evenings. Beautiful and well-kept territory. Very responsive and kind staff. The hotel is located in the center of the promenade and you can go for walks. Thank you to the hotel restaurant waiters and animators, who took care of our rest and comfort all the time! Special thanks to Momo, her energy is amaizing!

A pleasure to stay here

We had a week's holiday at the Sunrise Aqua Joy. We had a great time. The staff from the cleaners to the managers are all very friendly and make sure you are well looked after. The food in the main restaurant was good. We were able to book the restaurants a day in advance using the computer by reception. Even I could do it. This was a welcome change to standing in a queue waiting to book like most hotels offer. The food in the a la carte restaurants was delicious. I particularly loved the Asian and Greek restaurants. The whole place is kept clean and tidy The gardens are maintained with beautiful flowers. There are a number of pools including a pool for little ones with appropriate sized slides to play in. The aqua park for the older kids and adults looks great, but I didn't try them myself. The animation team do a great job keeping everyone entertained. The evening entertainment finishes approx 10.30 and there is a disco at 11 Our room was standard and our daily cleaner did a great job. Ayman and the staff at breakfast do a great job and it's nice to meet likeable people with a good sense of humour. Memo is one of the animation team who I didn't get a photo of but he made exercising in the pool aqua gym fun. You can upgrade your room to one with a hot tub or swim up pool but the standard rooms are good. There are bars around the pools and the bar staff also take your drink orders and bring them to you.
