SUNDANCE APARTMENTS & SUITES

We didnt stay at Sundance but used the pool and cafe area everyday. We were made most welcome by the lovely staff, the ladies who ran the cafe /pool area were so lovely, always smiling and were constantly cleaning and took so much pride in their jobs. We enjoyed the food we had and the amenities on offer. Their moto is "make me smile" and they certainly did.🥰

No reviews in years was a puzzler? But, likely due to the majority of people staying as guests being from the Netherlands (TUI europe) and this last week - only two sets of visible UK visitors (ourselves included). As far as location, standard of accommodation, standard of service, Pool area - couldn't fault them! The place was spotless /nipping clean, the staff all courteous / attentive, any small issues quickly dealt with (and I mean - MINOR, as a samll issue with my external transfer and they helped me immensly). An absolute credit to their employers and themselves, really. Day to day, getting to know each and everyone, poolside or passing reception - each person spoke to just had a great sense of humour and showed extreme professionalism throughout our stay. All seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you and wanted you to have a great stay. This service would be enviable, by many great hotel chains we've visited worldwide and would we go back... in a heartbeat for the relaxed poolside vibe my wife and I where after. One small thing that came to mind, would be likely the pool a little small for maybe groups or larger families, but they still accommodated this well as most people just timed in and out the pool themselves when it quietened down... the whole poolside theme was relaxing really. We had a 2 bed suite and amazing, for a family of 4... (older girls), everything we needed and furnished very modern. Food / drink was lovely, something for everyone... they stay with their image and works well. A tad on the pricier side, but fair when as we do... weigh up the service and convenience we appreciate in running the poolside to its standard. Hey, we are on holiday and everyone sets a budget - but happy to blow this if having a great time. Like I say... we'd happily return and location is perfect - as we know the area well and are not too bothered being away from the beach. We love the Villages, having visited before - but got to say - Keep up the great work guys! 100% great 10 day holiday!

Lovely setting, well kept gardens. Very nice apartment, large rooms, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from our balcony. Apartment serviced daily, clean towels etc. Pleasant pool area, plenty of loungers. Difficult access because of many steps not ideal for the older guest.

Just returned from a great 11 night stay. Bayview apartment had 1 large balcony looking out to sea & a small balcony at back to get the late afternoon sun. Good sized apartment but would be better if toilet door was a sliding one to give a bit more space. Bedroom has lots of storage space with the king size bed being one of the most comfortable we've slept on in meny years of travel. Kitchen was ideal for breakfast with toaster, kettle, 2 ring hob & microwave. Large choice of restaurants in Koutouloufari and all we ate at where 1st class. Walk 15 mins down to Hersonissos & you'll find a great bus service with clean buses with friendly drivers & conductors.

Landed in Crete 11/4/23 for a family wedding.It was cold, 11 degrees and raining ! Arrived at Sundance Apartments.First impressions looked good,even in the horrid weather.Chronis,the operations manager,gave us a warm welcome.Super fast check in,showing us a map,so we could get our bearings,thentook us to our Studio Apartmentwhere a lovely surprise waited.An upgrade to a 1 bedroomed apartment.Chronis racked up the air-con to 25,to stop me shivering and left us to unpack. Wow! what a fantastic apartment.Everything brand new,touch to open cupboards and wardrobes,fully stocked kitchen,Fab shower area with separate sink area.Great view from the sit out balcony.The pool and gardens were just wonderful. Next day the weather changed and for the rest of the celebrations,thankfully.Warm and sunny. Ladies at the breakfast pool area were lovely..Have the huge bowl of Honey and Yoghurt for breakfast,enough for4! We went to a few local resorts to meet up with other guests,but we definatley chose the best.Highly Recomended.
