Mohamed Mahrous our housekeeper was amazing and did fabulous towel art! Brilliant stay report was wonderful. Heated pools and the pool staff were so helpful. All food was lovely, no issues. Al la carte was fab, location and the beach made the stay. Would definitely return

Overview: Arrived late 24/10/2024, Beshoy was the man on concierge - full of energy and so welcoming! Quick to build a rapport and look after me whilst reception allocate my room, a massive thanks to the gentleman at reception for providing me a sea view room. (447). A great location to be in, 2 minutes’ walk to the beach and beach side restaurants, a nice uphill 3/4min walk in the morning takes you up-to the main restaurant attached to the reception, Oh, and NORTH 38, Swim Up Pool Bar (Adults Only Pool) - what a spot to relax! Spent a fair chunk of the holiday relaxing at NORTH 38 but also spent a day by the beach on what was a stunning elevated terrace section, perfect for our party of 14. Spent a day at the main two pools where all the activities take place, props to Jack and the entertainment team for putting on a show! I'm not going to spill much more, however, if you do book Sultan Gardens report you won’t be disappointed. Customer Service: I didn't come across one member of staff on resort not smiling, everyone was very welcoming, helpful and always on hand should you need anything. A great team! There are a few shout out's below to some key member's who made our experience one to remember. The biggest shout out was to the lifeguards who went above and beyond to create a base for our party of 14, re-arranging beds to ensure we're all together, setting up towels, without them we'd have been all over the resort. F&B: The only one downside is booking restaurants via the app, I'd advise you do this on arrival, with the intention of attending. It's clear that people book and maybe not turn up which isn't beneficial for those wanting to try out different cuisines. I'm not sure how the hotel can police this, but I did raise it with Mohammed Zaki and Customer Relations who was very considerate and showed empathy. He'd bypassed the booking system and booked us into Fleur de Lis and House of Spice. The Indian restaurant is superb, quality of food was tailored to how we like it at home, forever grateful to Chef Anil for catering to guests with severe nut allergies and gluten intolerances. Without his care we wouldn’t have had such a fantastic dining experience. The main restaurant offers an array of different high-quality foods right from breakfast, (top notch omelettes), lunch and dinner - there was not a day where my stomach wasn't satisfied, it’s impossible to try everything. Rooms: Mohammed Mostafa, keeping my room (447) Impeccably clean and tidy. Great banter with him too as I'd always bump into him early afternoon. Took the time to give me a tour of my room and where best to put things etc, legend! Accessibility: The hotel grounds are so vast but I must say the way finding strategy and roads make navigating the resort extremely efficient - there are also buses which take you around if you don't fancy the walk. Tip, the room blocks towards the bottom of the resort are all interlocked so you can find your way from the beach, up through to the kids pool area/amphitheater then take steps either side up-to the main two pools and snack-bar, then into the main restaurant - to the right is NORTH 38 Bar. In and amongst the varying levels are the basketball / volleyball court, mini golf, spa and shopping complex. Some highs - large hotel, plenty of facilities, staff are excellent, especially the cleaners - our cleaner Mahmood was amazing - our son was unwell one day and sick all over the pram, Mahmood helped immediately and got a jet wash to clean it all up. Some lows - we were all ill from the food at some point - group of 7 adults & 4 children. Some of us just ill for the day, some of us for a few days - put a dampener on the holiday overall.

Lovely staff, couldn’t do enough for us and spoke great English. It is spotless everywhere including the beautiful suite we had.. great choice of food in the buffets and Fantastic a la carte restaurants.. great snorkelling and beach site. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back
