This is a 3* resort at best. The bars had run out of sprits and tell you to go to another bar. I did complain to the holiday rep who spoke to the food and beverage manager I was assured that the bars would be stocked but this did not happen. Some of the bar staff could not understand what you were asking for which is frustrating. The restaurants were no better at the wave restaurant I was told that the waiter was too tired to take our order. The Turkish restaurant ran out of chicken and were told what he was going to give us. the Buffet is Ok but lots of people and food is not replenished quickly.

My daughter and I had a lovely relaxed 4 night stay at this hotel in October 2024. The food was lovely but definitely would need a wee change of food if we had been there for say 2 weeks. Hotel is a bit remote but it had everything we needed for 5 days. The room was really comfortable and an emergency ‘fix’ of the toilet was tended to immediately. The language barrier is a little bit frustrating but most of the staff were lovely but our Turkish was zero! The sunshine was glorious (not too warm) and the adjoining beach / pier is just lovely - albeit we didn’t like the shingles and stones at the waters edge. Accessible water sports which we availed of but a bit expensive. The hotel has a beautiful pool but unfortunately it was absolutely freezing!! The Mediterranean Sea a few steps away from the back of the hotel was warmer! Great night-time shows in the hotel but for the great talented performers on stage the actual stage needs a bit of an uplift - it’s a bit drab and tired. All in all we had a lovely few days in this hotel and definitely will be back to Turkey. We hope the management of the hotel take any of our comments on board!!

An honest review having now stated at 3 Turkish all inclusive hotels. 4-5* This hotel is ok, but it’s not up to the other 4* or 5* hotels you can get. No where near. We went in October half term 10 days, weather still 25-29* every day. Dark by 6.30pm, and need a jumper in the evening. But still a great time to go to Turkey Hotel:- The rooms are not interconnecting for families. It’s one long room with the children’s beds in a very small area that is more like an alcove. Adults bedroom area has a door, and window and balcony. Kids area no window, it’s just inside main hotel room door. Dark dingy rooms, and quite tired and grubby. Air con switched off this time of year, so they get stuffy at night. Not ideal! We found rooms very dark, dirty and my teenage girls did not like them at all! Food:- not on standard of other hotels we’ve stayed at in Turkey at all, not clean, messy serve up areas, salads not always fresh looking, fruit dried up and old, tables not clean and layed up, cutlery hard to find and staff not present. Making meal times not a nice relaxing experience. We are not fussy eaters at all, but we found meal times depressing! There’s far far better!!!! Pool area:- pool cold, but not cold like other hotels, this one ice cold. 17*!!! Too cold. Sunbeds very very tired and dirty. Pool area ok. Not particularly kept clean, would go out next morning and still sticky floors from spilt drinks, cigarette butts everywhere! Slides good, but only 5 rubber rings to go down on, so lots of waiting. Pool has no life guards. Again better pool areas at other hotels by far. Snack bars/bars: lacked any atmosphere. Staff very unhelpful except in the pizza snack bar. Bar at night was cold, lifeless and no holiday spirit! A la carte Turkish restaurant was good. Staff were lovely. Food great. Generally this hotel is 3.5* at best it’s certainly not your usual Turkish 4-5*, please don’t go here expecting that as you’ll be very disappointed as we were. We stayed 4 nights out of our 10, and moved to liberty Lara. Which is incredible, and has everything and more than this hotel. Research well, if you have children of any age I would look elsewhere. Honest review and the general feeling of most British families whilst there. Disappointed and tired not 4* or 5* Louise

We stayed here recently as a multi family group. Overall the hotel was fine and the majority of staff were super friendly. But unfortunately a tragic accident occurred due to poor hotel maintenance that easily could have caused a death of one of our group. A leak above a shower ceiling into a ceiling extractor was reported. And an engineer attended to fix it quickly in the morning. But later that day when one of the group was showering they suffered an awful electric shock with a blue flash that threw them across the shower cubicle. A near death experience. They attended the medical clinic. Their heart rate was 180bpm. An ambulance was called- the duty manager of the hospital refused to pay the €180 for the ambulance cost. My friend made a full recovery over the next few days thankfully. The maintenance removed the extractor fan immediately. A meeting was requested with the General Manager whom was not on site and would not agree to a meeting over the duration of our stay. The customer service said they didnt understand how this happened and suggested ‘it did not happen’. They refused to create or share a report with the travel operator. They did not enquire as to my friends well being at anytime. They did not apologise. No compensation was asked for at any point. We are extremely concerned this could easily happen again because the hotel refused to listen and take responsibility. For this reason we could collectively never recommend this hotel to any persons wishing a safe hotel visit with their loved ones. There are lots of hotels in Turkey run by honourable people and reputable companies. Our advice would be stay elsewhere.

Overall a great holiday. Hotel lovely & clean, pool area, beach & waterslides great. Cocktails lovely too. Main niggles for us were; Food very samey, not much variation & we weren't able to book the a la carte as there weren't enough booked in due to Hotel closing for winter. You couldn't get your own drinks in the restaurant & drinks service was often slow as well as it sometimes being difficult to get cutlery. Main part of pool was ice cold and I mean ice cold to the point hardly anyone was in it. Only a small area of the pool is warm enough to be enjoyable. Entertainment was hit and miss. This all being said it could have been because they were winding down to close. I would return as mentioned overall we had a great time but I wouldn't want to pay what we did when compared with other holidays we've been on.
