Lovely Sheraton

I want to thank everyone who has made our stay in the Sheraton hotel so special. All the staff in the resort are absolute hard workers and would always go an extra mile to accommodate to our needs. Entertainment team are all such lovely and joyful people, always interacting with us and making sure we have a great stay. The room is always spotless and the view from the balcony is stunning!! The beach and pool areas are always clean and well maintained. The hotel is so worth visiting!

Best staff anywhere!

Great staff. Couldn't do more for us. Sayeed our room man was incredible to the point of us feeling guilty how hard he works to keep the rooms looking great. Viola in the restaurant has the sweetest smile and a great customer attitude. Sunbed wars don't exist because of Ibrahim's constant attention to detail and help. And without Yameel we wouldn't be topped up with gin. Everyone else deserves mentioning by name but not enough room and I can't remember them all.

Great holiday

Had a great time rooms are a great size plenty of space very clean and comfortable Food and drinks average Staff very helpful and friendly we stayed at the adults only pool by the cave bar Elsayed Elbatal is the bartender very friendly Beach is large and plenty of sun beds so no getting up early to rush
