Great holiday resort on the beach in Crete! :)

The hotel overall was clean and efficient and a great operation is running. Staff very kind and attentive!!! We had the all inclusive plan, and they think about everything so it will be most comfortable and convenient to their guests. You can even order food and drinks to the sunbed through the app! Everything was great except for some issues with the massages at the spa. Also wish they were warming the pool and providing more entertainment options for every evening. Very recommended!!

Amazing Week

Since our arrival on the 30th of August, we were treated with a delicious and refreshing beverage created by Manos, who made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay with a very nice surprise! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The food at the "a la carte" restaurant was very good! We want to give a special thanks to Manos, who made our stay unforgetable!

Above and beyond for our honeymoon

We checked in and were offered a wonderful, free upgrade for our honeymoon. We ended up staying in Villa Zoe and it was stunning with lots of personal touches such as a bow on the door and sweet treats to celebrate. We cannot thank the staff at the hotel for such a thoughtful gift.

Everything you need to relax is here

One of the best places ever visited with our family for a summer stay. Elegant building with large swimming pool, private beach and 2 restaurants. The exclusive all included formula club allows you to place your wallet in the safe and enjoy the excellent quality of the food and drinks in one of the 2 restaurants or ordered directly to your seabed via the useful app that you will be invited to download at your arrival to the hotel. Spacious rooms with stunning sea sight. Competence of the personnel (special thanks to the concierge desk) and kindness to follow you in all your needs. The resort is only 13 minutes from the main center of Heraklion so you can easily visit che city, museums or ancient ruins of the Cnosso palace, by requesting a transfer or renting a car, easily available at the hotel. Only negative point: time of our summer holiday quickly running out and have to come back home!😉 Lovely place!

The best experience !!

Best Experience ever! Rooms and hotel overall are so clean! The staff (reception, fixers, bar, restaurants, beach) are so friendly!! The staff who works at the beach at service: wow!! Food is also great :) We hat an amazing honeymoon and we cannot wait to come back!
