    Much anticipated but disappointed
This hotel was a mixed bag. First the pluses: lovely pools and pool bar; staff was pleasant; easy walk to the beach and downtown area of Agia Pelagia. Minuses: terrible tiny room at the end of a rather dark hallway; bathroom very small with tiny shower and no way to close the curtain. Water all over the floor after each shower; narrow balcony overlooking trash and junk piles by the apartment building across the street. If you book a room here, be sure to ask for a room overlooking the pool; all those rooms have lovely patios or terraces. Do not get room 203. Our reservation stated "Superior Double Room", however there was nothing superior about it.

Honestly, it was perfect for us. We would love to go back.
We had a perfect holiday staying at Seascape Luxury Residences. Our appartment was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having a sea view from our balcony. It was great having a daily maid who did a good job. Fresh sheets and towels were provided regularly, with separate sheets to use at the swimming pools. We used the SPA for a full body, aromatherapy massage. This was incredibly relaxing and is to be highly recommended for a treat. The manager and his colleague were brilliant. They spoke excellent English and were always willing to help with anything we asked or needed. The complex was quiet and impeccably maintained. We didn't use the snack bar, but it did offer a good range of tasty, reasonably priced food. Seascape is just a five minute stroll away from the beach. The sea was warm, crystal clear and safe with a life guard on duty. Along the sea front, there were a lot of excellent tavernas serving tasty, authentic Greek food. There were four mini-markets very close to the appartments. They sold pretty much everything. And just a final comment, for cat-lovers like me, there were plenty of beautiful, friendly cats who were always happy to greet you and gratefully accepted any food/treats that you offered!

Seascape Luxury Residences an Oasis in Agia Pelagia
After visiting a first time we have returned to Seascape for three years in a row. The quiet relaxing atmosphere, along with the well maintained clean and tidy gardens, pools and rooms make this one of the nicest places we have stayed. The front of house is led by Yannis, supported by Manos, Ava, Santino, who provide very personable, friendly service. We are made to feel very much at home. The cleaning service is provided by three housekeepers who do a fantastic job. Seascape is so close to the beach it allows for easy access and when the beach is too much the quiet pool environment is so relaxing. Seascape is adults only. The gym is well appointed and the spa service is also very good. We will certainly be returning for fourth time. Keep up the good work.

    Nice hotel
We stayed here for one night in while traveling around Crete and it was a nice hotel overall. It was a bit difficult to figure out where to turn into the parking area (you have to alert a guy who's waiting near a gate in a square), but they were good at helping us figure that out after driving around for a bit. Our room was at the top of property, so lots of steps with luggage, but the room was nice and clean and it was perfect for one night. We were close to several restaurants, so we were able to get a nice dinner and then walk back to the hotel, which is always good. We had breakfast here the next day and the selection of breads and cheeses was nice and the service was good overall. It was a nice place to stay and we'd recommend it if you're looking to stay in Agia Pelagia.

    Lovely relaxed hotel.
This is a lovely, very relaxed hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful when requested, but also happy just to leave you alone to do your own thing, Room: we had a deluxe apartment with a poolside view. It was a good size with a small lounge area and table with kitchenette. We didn’t really use the kitchenette much but it was decently equipped. The bed was a little soft for me but I do like quite a firm bed so probably for most people it would be very comfortable! For a week it was fine. The air conditioning worked very well, there was a decent amount of storage. The bathroom was a good size, decent water in shower, and reasonable lighting - good enough to do make up. We had a problem on arrival in that clearly whoever was in the room before us had broken a glass and there were a few shards of glass in corners/ under furniture, but we spoke to reception the next day and the floor was thoroughly cleaned for us and we had no other problems. Housekeeping was otherwise very good throughout our stay. The pools are very nice with lots of sunbeds available. People were unfortunately reserving their “favourite” spots all day but generally you could find somewhere to sit without too much problem. The bar is very quiet, apparently the British customers use it but not really anyone else. Compared to prices elsewhere in Agia Pelagia - it was slightly on the expensive end but not outlandishly so? Certainly you could spend more elsewhere. And the staff were very friendly and helpful so not really sure why it wasn’t more busy! The breakfast is quite large, and the coffee is very good. The reception staff were very helpful in booking taxis, restaurants. The location is excellent, just two minutes from the beach and the promenade which has a good range of tavernas. Would definitely recommend and I would like to return! :)
