Do not go to this hotel if you are British mainly catered for Russian and German tourists the hotel itself is at best a 3 star the food was very repetitive , there are better hotels in Turkey so do your homework before going to Turkey.And be careful when booking excursions or day outs through this hotel .

My friends and I had an amazing stay at "Saphir Resort & Spa " at the beginning of September '24! Enjoying the major aspects of it (the beach, the infrastructure, the service), we were absolutely impressed by its gorgeous territory! With numerous places to play and relax, it felt absolutely refreshing during the hottest hours of the day! Hats off to the management! Great job maintaining this beauty! 🍀 The rooms are also nice and quiet! Our spacious 2-room family suite facing the land had two balconies and plenty of storage space for clothes! Really loved it! The service, the food, and the beach were of very high quality! So the hotel totally deserves its stars and could surely be recommended as a lovely vacation retreat to anyone! A few points to consider for the management: 1. The air-conditioning in the "minus-3" and "minus-2" toilets is set to an extreme coldness. It's never healthy for a body to be exposed to such a drastic temperature drop after sweating on a beach for hours! No surprise people got sick, and I wasn't an exception! It was so unfortunate to feel off-color during some of my invaluable days, that I promised myself to bring the management's attention to this issue. So I am really hoping my words will be heard and noted! You have a perfect example - the temperature setting in the lobby 's WC is just "what the doctor ordered"! Way to go! 2. And the staff! Oh, they were absolutely amazing! Always charming, kind, and ready to help, they barely spoke English though... Of course, we always got what we needed coz' they are cuties... but it would be way easier to communicate with these nice people using verbal, not gesture- language :) Just a funny observation - even the transfer 's driver spoke English better than the 5-star- hotel staff Really, just think of it - it could make a great difference if you find some budget to schedule your key employees for English lessons for the next season. Anyways, apart from those two nuances, the hotel is surely one of the bests on the coast! We had an amazing stay and lots of fun there! Come back soon! ♥️

Avoid. Avoid Avoid. Need more characters to list this disaster of a holiday. From leaving uk with sun express (joke) 2 hours delayed for take off to checking in hotel. No one was expecting us at hotel so late so had to wait over an hour to get in room. Air con broken in one room and other room the wardrobe door fell on me and had to go to hospital (eventually). 600 euros had to pay and can claim that back when return eventually. Trouble is that was my spending money gone. No explanation to anything here. Only got to change room eventually at 2am after my husband and brother in law complained and refused to go to room with no air con. Food average and A La Carte is not worth it. Have to book on an App that crashes all the time so I went ne night with my daughter but husband not allowed as it only accepted 2 people. Reception explained but that didn’t understand. Went to night of legends. no show just a load of shops and fast food rubbish. The rep ‘Dogun’ offered us a refund of the 4 hour round trip (meant to take 45 mins) on a hot bus to this so called show but he has since disappeared. Another rep offered us free kebabs on Sunday at a private table with decorations. Im 52 yo not 5. This is all inclusive so why do we want a free kebab? And please remove English from the hotel knowledge of the language. Given up asking for more ice, one guy didn’t even know what Coca Cola was! First time been on a holiday and have asked for an early flight to come home and been so upset.

I highly recommend this hotel, without a doubt one of the best. I just read the previous critical comment and in response to it, I can't agree with anything. My family and I stayed at this hotel for the sixth time. In order to understand what is good, you need a point of comparison, we have chosen other hotels a few times and have always been disappointed. However, the drinks are poor, or they are not available at all, location, service, etc. We will not try any more, but we will come to Saphir again and again. We didn't have a problem with the English language anywhere, I just noticed that this year all the hotel staff we met spoke English. The food is delicious and versatile, with a week's vacation you can find something new every day. The shows are nice, I especially liked the circus and the fire show. Friendly and smiling people everywhere. We have been very satisfied with the rooms, everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Who complains about the heat, the weather is like this in July. It's hot, there's always a chance to choose a cooler time. All in all, it was a perfect holiday, we will definitely visit again.

!PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO SAPHIR! Definitely not 5 stars, max 3, and 2 stars is probably in the sky :) Once again reality is different than photos... This is our third stay in Turkey and this hotel is simply poor, perhaps the ratings are given by the owners themselves or by people who are in Turkey for the first time. Its not worth the price you pay. - The food is so-so, the same thing over and over again, - the staff don't know what to do, they can stand and stare at the ceiling. it's obvious that hotel managers don't know anything about management - maybe you can go to other hotels that are nearby, and others will teach you what service and approach to customers should look like! - tables are not cleaned on a regular basis, so you have to wait with food on plates until someone kindly cleans them... - communication in English is a big problem, especially the reception! who came up with such a stupid idea to let people who don't know what is said to them in English be the first contact with a customer? - It's very hot in the hotel because there is no air conditioning in the corridors and elevator - Low water pressure in the room and no thermostat mean that the water flows sometimes hot and cold - water in the pool is hot as soup, - plates and glasses can lie on the deckchairs all day long because no one cleans them - drinks are watered down and poor, - animations are practically non-existent, the evening show is very poor. To sum up, I do not recommend this hotel, the rating is much too high. there are many better hotels in Turkey with better quality. Maybe Saphir is for russians (90%)...
