    Staff are the jewel in the crown at the hotel
    Just returned from 10 days holiday at this wonderful hotel, made even better by the incredible staff there. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and polite wherever you go. I’m going to mention a few negatives first, there were just a few - Lots of mosquitos and biting insects, don’t think the hotel was doing enough to control them. I react badly to bites and these were particularly bad and I ended up seeing the doctor for quite a few days. The rooms are ok but a bit dated and require a bit of a refurbishment. Some of the beds on the royal beach have no wheels and were heavy to move and also beds seem to be being taken off the royal beach for other places, there were only 5 beds left on one part of the beach on one day and I did see people going to royal lounge to ask for sun loungers to be sorted out for them. Evening entertainment was not good. We missed Michael from last year, who seemed to deal in guest relations and came to check us every day to have a chat and see if we had any issues. There doesn’t seem to be a replacement and I think this was an important role. On the positive, of which there are many We upgraded to royal and were glad we did, we enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the royal lounge and all the various a la carte restaurants we visited. We especially enjoyed the teriyaki, the Italian and the Chinese. We liked the seclusion of the royal beach. Great snorkelling off the jetty. Gardens kept absolutely beautiful by the hard working gardeners. Rooms cleaned well, mini bar stacked, beach towels replaced every day. We visited the old market (about 10 euros return in a taxi) we enjoyed our time there and we visited Soho square (about 20 euros return in a taxi) and we enjoyed our visit there too. There are quite a few staff who deserve special mention and thank yous from us - Hermina - chef at royal lounge & teriyaki - 5 star chef - very professional and hardworking - looked after us every day Ahmed - royal lounge - very professional and hardworking - looked after us every day Hesham - royal lounge - new member of staff since we were there last year - absolutely brilliant service, very professional and hard working - looked after us every day. We have a new friend. Ayman - waves bar & grill - fantastic guy, hardworking and always helpful Hany - sky bar - always the best service and always with a smile and a joke 😊 Sayed - our lovely housekeeper who worked really hard and kept our room sparkling Waled - waiter at the main restaurant The room service man - I’m sorry I didn’t get his name - he kept our mini bar topped up well and even sorted out a birthday cake when he found out it was my husband’s birthday - thank you. These people made our holiday and are the jewels in the crown of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. 😊

    Amazing
    This was my 2. stay at my new 'home away from home' - and we all agreed that we are coming back again and again. From the moment we arrived at the lobby, we were taken very good care of and welcomed in the best way possible. Our rooms was great, nice facilities and very good beds. Hotel facilities are great as well - nothing at all to complain about - except the volume level of BOOM BOOM music from the pool area which was VERY loud - also at the beach. When the music was turned on there was no chance of sleep or just listen to the sea. BUT this is also the only annoying thing. The MOST important asset of any hotel is the staff... At Monte Carlo they are all very very nice people, very welcoming, smiling and serviceminded. They all did their best to make our stay wonderful. The staff was simply AMAZING ! I wish I could give 100 starts to the staff! I havn't met the managing director Mr. Hesham yet. But I have been told from others, that he is always ready to help and assist with anything. I could see that he is managing the hotel very well for sure and that he know how important his staff is. Well done to Mr. Hesham ! So dear Monte Carlo Sharm... cant wait to see you all again in the spring :)

    Our place for furutre visits in Sharm el Sheikh.
    Just coming back from Royal Monte Carlo and start missing it.We have chosen the Royal package and consider it worth every cent of it , Excellent hotel, first line location , good food, room very clean and impeccable service. The major asset is the service staff trying their best ,even beyond to pamper all our demands from the first daywe enter in the hotel until the last minute of our stay. I would like to highlite the team, involved directly in our service : Ahmed - thank you for the running service , fresh juices ,dinners in La Luna ... Hesham - thank you for the happy smiles and the memorable flower surprices that made our days Hermina - thank you the impresive actions behind every oven I see you :) Mahmud - the reception supervisor always on the spot to assist and cooperate. We would recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation in Sharm. Looking forward to see you next year.

    Very lovely hotel
    Beautiful hotel, lovely staff! The cleaner made our holiday as was there to give us fresh towels every time we got back from the pool and made beautiful towel displays everyday too and included the kids teddy bears into it which they loved. The food was lovely, plenty of choice. The restaurants for us made it amazing as they were quieter and table service and overall amazing food. The pools are great with lots of zumba and entertainment/ sports. The lazy river was disappointing as it was quite dirty and the floor needs renewing. The rooms are a good size and bathroom too. Just needs a little modernising and more powerful shower. We would come back here again!

    We are very satisfied with our stay and would like to return. We have no problem recommending this hotel to others.
    Very friendly employees and servicepersonnel! Very serviceminded and kind! Warm dishes was perhaps a bit messy prestented, considering we also eat with our eyes. Dessert and kake table was impressive. Room was big and nice. Too little water pressure in the bathroom sink. Sorroundings were amazing, big and very well kept!
