Great hotel for the price

This is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have stayed in. It is a huge resort with something for everyone. On arrival ( which was late) we found that there was a late dinner served(11pm-1am)with adequate selection. Our room was spacious & clean but needed a little tweaking ( curtains needed to be rehung, new sheets would be welcome) it could do with a freshen up but when you see how big the resort is you can understand how the maintenance is an ongoing program.As a non meat eater & someone that is fussy with food i found that there was a fair choice and yes it can get repetitive but this is to be expected in an all inclusive. The waiting staff were friendly & attentive without being in your face ( shout out for Amr Said Bayomi who was very helpful). The spa was pleasant to visit & we had wonderful massages given by Aosha & Mona at very reasonable prices . We heard the entertainment but did not watch( or take part) & to be fair even though we could hear it in our room it wasn’t annoying or going on too late. There is a Shisha lounge where you pay for premium drinks ( cocktails, wines, beers) but again the prices are very good. There was a good amount of sunbeds for around the pool, slides for the pool, pool bar and the main area of pool was heated. The quieter area where we had beds the water is freezing but its a short walk to the heated side. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you want a cheap week in the sun.

Okay

Staff was amazing. The most friendliest people I have ever met. The hotel is nice but our room wasn’t the cleanest. It was infested with ants. The food is also not as great as there was not much option………………… If you’re not a fussy eater then you will be okay. Unfortunately I am really fussy and ended up ordering takeaways all the time.

Never again

All 6 got the TROTS after a stay here,my advice, pack Imodium. The food and drinks are abismal,the only good thing about this place is the pools and staff, One towel changed in a week, not very hygienic. There’s a foul after taste on the cakes,tastes like paraffin or petrol fumes NEVER AGAIN

Great hospitality and great experience..

We went family to the holiday and stayed in this hotel . All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. My children’s loved the kids disco and all the extra activities. The food was delicious and amazing. The beach is really very close and clean. We had a great experience overall… I will definitely recommend this place. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Eat if you dare!

Not the 5* it says. In fairness the resort is to be expected for the price, nice place but tired and bit worn in places. Staff are really lovely, and eager to please. The sales reps around the pool are too pushy and won't leave you in peace. My main concern is the food. It tastes fine but deadly. Got serious food poisoning from the 2nd day and still ill 3 weeks later with a trip to a&e when we came home. We didn't eat anything other than what was cooked Infront of us like pizza and chips, and pastas. Didn't drink the water or have ice. Everyone who we spoke to stayed on the resort was also suffering from food poisoning. I'm surprised it's not been shut down. The only reason why I gave 2* is the staff was amazing. Will never go again!!
