Food has been fantastic! Every corner has food and drinks available. You will not go hungry! Kids club and mini disco kept our 3 year olds very well entertained. Shows at night were very good and entertaining! Rooms were clean and tidy and very comfortable. Staff have been fab! Can’t do enough for you! Would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.

The main reason for the poor rating is that my 9 year old niece ended up hospitalised on an IV drop for several hours due to food poisoning. Two others in our party also got sick and it really ruined the whole week as you might expect. We couldn’t trust the food but had paid thousands of pounds for the holiday (then more on top for the hospital bill). Our welcome upon arrival wasn’t great either. We were told we had the option of a free upgrade to a brother hotel because they were fully booked. It was evening, we had two kids in our party and we were all tired and hungry and really didn’t understand what was happening. It wasn’t explained well at all and the staff at the brother hotel didn’t help by seeming dismissive and uninterested. We requested to stay in our original chosen hotel which to be fair was quickly accommodated once we were firm. Then the lock was broken on our room and we had to relocate (just along the corridor), and it just added to the unsettled start to the holiday. There was also a lot of noise above our room. I had 1 good nights sleep the whole time there and that was because I’d been vomiting the night/day before and was worn out. Maybe we were unlucky but we’ve stayed in this area before at different hotels and loved it. The hotel itself was really well maintained, the rooms were cleaned well. We still had a nice time thanks to the weather, some very special staff members (Alp in particular stood out) and the general facilities. Booked a cabana on the beachfront for the last day (there’s a fee for this), which was the one day we were all well, and this was amazing. But I wouldn’t go back here for obvious reasons.

We were upgraded on arrival for free to a double family suite, it was beautiful. This hotel is just WOW, from the hotel, beautiful maintained gardens, drinks, good and entertainment staff. We had a fabulous week. We didn't visit the entertainment as we've seen it all before being regular travellers to this area. We loved to relax at the terrace bar, where we drank fabulous cocktails. Thank you so much to Billy and Omer 2 of the best entertainment team, so friendly and happy to chat each day, they are a credit to the hotel, thiese guys never stop 💙 The pool waiter was amazing too, looked after us every day. Royal Holiday Palace Amazing holiday, when we checked in the reception staff asked us straight away if we wanted a free room upgrade had the option of 2 rooms set on 2/3 floors, rooms have been cleaned daily cannot fault the food in any way all the staff are so friendly, the waiter's on the ball, no limits on the number of drinks your allowed, cleanliness of the whole hotel is amazing thy to Omar for his hospitality he is an asset to the hotel! Amazing hotel we will back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really good hotel! We have been to turkey a lot and this is one of The best hotels. Everything is very clean, there is a lot to do for childeren and the food is as well very good! Animation for the kids is very Nice, they loved the mini club! Only pool water is a bit cold in october, but better in summer i think. I really recommend this hotel!
