    Stunning
The palace is enormous, it took us 5 hrs to get round it. I would advise to pick a morning slot as the car parks are not full and it's cooler. There some small shops but nothing tacky and two very old hotels serving drinks and food. Wear sensible shoes. Security is strick and access to area are with your passport.

    A few tweaks needed.
Lovely hotel, but, a few tweaks needed...a microwave that you can plug in as food Luke warm, trained barstaff as cocktails worst ever tasted, white wine should be served cold, air-conditioning not really cold.lovely bathrooms, beds nice, but, to charge 80£ to reserve your room for a late flight, a bit extortionate! But all in all a nice stay.

I would prefer this hotel to everyone such a good staff, beach, food, rooms, clean and peaceful place to spend your holiday
The hotel interior is amazing. The beach is with sand which is a big advantage for this area. The staff is so cheerful and respectful.A girl named Bekliz that works in lobby area impressed me with her 24/7 disposable smile and the behavior of her ,it seems like she does her job with love.

Royal Alhambra Palace Hotel, Antalya - A Brilliant Family Holiday
This was our first time visiting Turkey, and although I was initially sceptical, the holiday at Alhambra Palace Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was absolutely brilliant. We travelled as a family of five, and for anyone new to Turkey, here’s a handy tip: don’t worry about the local currency, Lira. Almost everything is priced in Euros, and although you can use Lira, it's easier to stick to Euros to avoid constantly checking exchange rates. Rooms Our accommodation was perfect. We had two rooms—one for four of us (two adults and two children) and another for Granny, which the kids often visited. The room for four had ample space, even with a pop-up bed. It easily fit all of us, along with our luggage. We highly recommend upgrading to a sea view room. The views of the pool and beach were breathtaking, and well worth the extra cost. Housekeeping was thorough, with the rooms cleaned daily and the mini-bar refilled each day at no additional charge. A note for British travellers: bring your own tea bags and coffee if you're picky. While there’s coffee available from the bars, the in-room Nescafé sachets may not be enough for those used to their regular brews! Dining The food at the main restaurant was outstanding, offering fresh fish, meat, and a wide variety of dishes each day. There were some queues but nothing major, considering the size of the hotel. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to help, despite limited English. We never felt the need to visit the à la carte restaurants because the main buffet was so good. Also, food is available around the clock, with options at the pool bars during the day, so you’re never left hungry. If you’re arriving late or early hours like we did and we’re hungry, there is a small restaurant open around the clock!! Pools and Activities The pool options are fantastic—whether you want a quiet, relaxing swim or something more lively with music. There are also waterslides that are great for both kids and adults, though they're open at set times, which we appreciated. It meant we didn’t spend all day watching the kids on the slides! Pool towels are refreshed daily, and a top tip is to grab fresh towels in the evening to avoid the morning rush. Early risers will also benefit from getting out early to claim their sun loungers. One of the standout features was the rollerblading drinks service by the pool—staff delivering drinks directly to your loungers was a game-changer! They also came around with cocktails for both adults and kids, which was a lovely touch in the hot weather. The beach was equally impressive, with plenty of sun loungers in shaded areas and a bar nearby. The warm, safe water was perfect for a family dip, and water sports were readily available for an extra charge. Entertainment and Kids’ Activities The entertainment at the hotel was the best we’ve experienced on an all-inclusive holiday. From circus acts to dance productions and even an Ibiza-style night, there was something for everyone. Kids were well catered for too, with a funfair, a well-organised kids' club, and plenty of evening entertainment. There’s also a games room with amusements, a bowling alley, and VR headsets, which kept our kids occupied without being overwhelming for adults. Gym If you're into fitness, the gym—though basic—had everything I needed for a good workout, including free weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment. However, it would be better if the gym opened an hour earlier at 7 a.m., as it is unmanned and just needs the door unlocked. A Few Minor Suggestions… Our experience at Alhambra Palace was nearly flawless, but we do have a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. Open the bar in the arena during evening entertainment to avoid walking to the pool bar for drinks. 2. Extend the gym’s hours to open earlier. 3. Keep an ice cream station available all day for the kids. 4. Add a few English kids' TV channels in the rooms. These are minor points and by no means dealbreakers. Overall, our stay was nothing short of amazing in a beautiful location.

I wouldn’t bother wasting your money coming here!
We are currently here and must say we are utterly disappointed and far from a 5* hotel that we are used to staying in The hotel itself is beautiful and very impressive, but as soon as you meet the rude reception team something clicked… then the next morning breakfast - food in the restaurant is very poor, this is once you find a table to sit at, no cutlery, staff that just linger in. Groups on phones and your instantly a hinderounce when you ask for anything Food is lukewarm when you get it from buffet, by the time you sit down and get cutlery it’s cold and undercooked anyhow Entertainment is poor, nothing in main building, all crammed into an outdoor area that’s poorly lit steps are a hazard Hardly any British people here, lots of other nationalities that are quite frankly as rude as the staff Anyway, tomorrow we are going out to a restaurant to eat as we can’t stomach another meal here Read all the reviews from the last 3 months - they are all true sadly! We won’t be back and disgusted that TUI aren’t interested either
