Great guest service

Great selection of Al Carte Restaurants. We had an issue with our restaurant booking and we were worried that we had no where to eat except for the buffet. We spoke to Celine who was very understanding and worked very hard to speak to the restaurant we Initially wanted to go to and made it happen. Thank you Rixos and thank you Celine.

Another great holiday

We returned here for the 3rd time in October and had an wonderful stay as always. Special mention to the below members of stay who made our holiday that extra bit special and looked after our family: Helim on the aqua reception, sorted a room for us when I wasn’t happy with my initial room in a quote area arranged for our bags to be picked up and moved and was great throughout our stay. Lifeguards and our friends Abdelghafar Mohammad and Mahmoud best lifeguards and look after my children keeping them safe making our stay extra special. Mohamed who is at the bar on the Aqua side. What a great guy, also looks after us bringing us drink and goes the extra mile to make sure we are having a good time. Veranda Restaurant - Both Mohamed’s and Karim. Every morning and lunch they looked after us and treated us like family. Such a great team with exceptional service. Our housekeeper Abdallah - another great person who kept our room clean and looked after my family. I hope if we return we have him again next time. Also Mohamed at the Brazilian restaurant was great too.

Stunning. Loved it.

I had the most amazing holiday, I could not fault anything in this hotel. The food was unreal, and the ala carte restaurants were absolutely stunning. The cocktails and the drinks I'm general were generous measures and delicious. The service was absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much work or effort. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The animation team were amazing, Tarek was brilliant and genuinely looked out for everyone and made sure that they were having a good time. I can't wait to return. Beautiful hotel.

Khaled and Nashaat fabulous 👌

Excellent beach scene. Khaled and Nashaat looked after us everyday. Couldn't have asked for more. Nothing too much trouble, made us feel really welcome. Juice bar nice touch, mile long peer great for walks. Great place for a relaxing holiday!

Amazing service Mohamed, house keeping staff was amazing - Block 26. The staff at veranda restaurant, Mohammed and Ahmed -5 star service every time. The cleaning staff at veranda, always had a smile. Made you feel welcome. Couldn’t fault the holiday. Definitely recommend.
