Perfect hotel, perfect place, and perfect staff. Rooms are very spacious and decorated. Food was fabulous. Actually the hotel has a lot of facilities, we liked the gym, pools, private beach, and everything about the hotel. The concept of this hotel is totally different from other resorts. It is very quiet and too much suitable for families. We stayed for four days and we enjoyed too much. We highly recommend this hotel, and definitely we will visit it again in the future.

This place has the most beautiful scenery Location perfect Staff amazing and so helpful all the time!! What’s app service the best!! They answer and help direct you without any thinking being too much trouble! I put my swimming costume in the used towels at the pool and they even found it and safely returned. This was our third visit to the hotel- this time just the two of us and we booked the deluxe suite. The room was very spacious and perfect for two people. The decor is pleasant, bed is huge and the overall ambience is very nice. The pillows are really perfect too. We arrived in the very early hours of the morning and check in was swift and professional. We were taken to our room in Block 17 - we had an upstairs room initially ( at our request) which we later changed for a downstairs room as my husband has mobility issues. I was so impressed with the professional way our room change was handled- we were helped straight away by Asst. General Manager Maher who is so helpful, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotel. We bumped in to him a few times and he always made time to speak to us, offer help and always checked if everything was ok with our holiday. All the staff were very pleasant and kind- always helping my husband when he needed it. Food at Peoples was good -plenty to choose from at Lunch and also at Dinner- we never went hungry and thought the portion sizes in Peoples were really perfect- not too much or over-facing. The buffet was also good with lots of fresh items and a good amount of choice. My husband doesn't really drink but did have a few Pina Coladas which fully met his approval. I had no complaints about the drinks either. The hotel is well kept and really does have the most beautiful location. The Secret Beach is still a real treat- this really does separate this hotel from so many others in Turkey. We are already thinking of coming back for a fourth time as we feel we'll be well looked after and we feel comfortable with all aspects of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention of the staff. They really do seem to want to ensure that everyone has a great holiday. Our favourite restaurant was Azur because of its location above the Secret Beach and surrounded by pine trees. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food and drinks perfect . We loved motoring out to the beach in one of the hotels speed boats. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary 3 island boat trip, and also the Sunset hour boat excursion. Thank you for those I thought the number of sport and fitness activities on offer was about right. I enjoyed trying Fly Yoga for the first time. Overall, we cannot fault our experience in this hotel and would love to return some time

29 years of travelling around Türkiye and this is the best All-inclusive hotel and location yet... The hotel is located in a beautiful, picturesque location about 20 minutes from Dalaman Airport. The hotel is spotless and spacious. All the staff are very friendly and always helpful. The service is amazing, and the WhatsApp chat for request/enquiries is an excellent idea. The free boat trips (3 island/Sunset) were great and the boat taxi to the wonderful secret beach. The hotel has a local town with the popular supermarkets, cashpoints, shops, marina everything you could want. The room was huge with a king/queen size bed, plenty of amenities, robes, spare pillows and a big pull out TV with plenty of English channels and movies. The room was cleaned daily, and Minibar service stocked with drinks, crisps and chocolate. A Nespresso machines with a selection of pods are topped up. Restaurants & Bars The food was delicious, especially at lunch from People's Restaurant, and we also loved the a la carte menu at People's Restaurant. Food and service from staff at the ala carte were exceptional on our booking and you must try the parfait dessert. The service and atmosphere of Turquoise Restaurant was excellent. Also, Turquoise Restaurant could offer a little more choice of hot food for dinner each day. A wider selection of popular dishes from other cuisines including Mexican, Italian, Indian and Asian. Service at Patisserie can be improved as many guests had to wait because there was no staff to serve. The secret beach area also has a bar, mini food bar and a restaurant, if you want to enjoy the lovely view when having lunch. Service The staff at this hotel are just so friendly, helpful and hardworking. All the staff are brilliant in all areas. Location & Surroundings Beautiful unspoilt location, photos does not do any justice a feast of views for the eyes. Sports & Activities/pool/Night entertainment The gym is available 24/7, there is a football pitch and beach volleyball. Plenty of activities like bike riding, yoga, plates etc. Excellent facilities for fitness fanatics the pool was too cold for October, we didn't see many guests using it, it should be heated in the cooler months. There are not enough activities for guests, such as air rifle shooting or archery, children aged 13 and over coming to the hotel may get bored quickly We used the complimentary Sauna, steam room and hammam at the Anjana spa and it was a really good experience. The evening entertainment was all music and bands, some were really good and thumped out some good 80s/90s pop rock. To the management at Rixos Premium Göcek, this was truly an amazing 5-star hotel experience.
