A nice winter break

Staff are very welcome and friendly, the room is very clean and everything is stocked daily. Lovely food and nice atmosphere. It was our first time visiting Turkey and Antalya and we have very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our trip a good one

Good overall

Mr Mertcan, Fatih, and Mrs Mine a were very helpful. One of the better 5 stars iv been to. The lifts are full of character as is the hotel in general. Parking is available, the beer is good. Its close to airport and lots to do around the area. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay with an lovely view in the room..the hospitality was beyond imagination..

The room was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view..the hospitality was beyond imagination..Mertcan from guest relations, and Fatih and Mine from Reception.. The customer care was one step beyond.. The staff at the restaurant were always serving with a smile.. I wil definitely wil be coming back in future..

Great hotel

This hotel is outstanding in every way. But there are some areas that need improving . In the lounge bar , some customers appear to get prefential treatment and we spent long periods waiting for service when others were being waited on hand and foot. Also in the snack bar , some of the food never came and often never together , so we were eating at different times. Also food descriptions not always matching what actually came. We know it is not compulsory , but designated smoking zones would be great addition . As non smokers , we have been sat when eating or out on our balcony , with people smoking nearby , it is not pleasant. I would lile to thank Koray bey at at Lobby launch and Mine hanim at reception for their outsatnding customer service

Beautiful and clean

We came to rixos in oct for 1 week holiday, the hotel was very nice and very clean, the pool was nice ,there was even a little section for over 16s to swim and relax which was good as ive never stayed in a hotel with a seperate area like that, The hotel offered waiter service round the pool areas which the waiters was on rollerblades,and the drinks was carried on a tray, u didn't have to take up this offer you can just go to the bar urself to get drinks, but when your all relaxed soaking up the sun take advantage of using the service We had a waiter called talip, he was a happy man and happy to bring us our drinks, some days he brought nuts with our drinks, he looked after us all with his professional ways,always greeted us with a smile and said hello/ good morning 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ talip The beach wasnt to my liking as i dont like pebbly beaches so we only visited the beach one morning We even hired the bikes which are free to use, we rode all along the beach front The location for me was too quiet as i like the local shops and maybe outside bars We even took the visit to land of legands which is free when staying at rixos with free transport, the drive was around 45 mins,we did the day time teip to the warerpark/themepark and even a dolphin show , then we did a night trip to the shopping centre
