Great holiday at the Renaissance

We have just returned from a great week at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort. The hotel is lovely, with ample facilities, great views and wonderful staff. Our room was a Premium room with a sea view. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was clean, with a modern bathroom and a very comfortable kingsize bed. The food in the buffet restaurant was decent with a good selection. The italian restaurant was very nice. The Calamari seafood and grill restaurant was amazing, we had a lovely meal here and would recommend the mixed grill! There were several bars, the Rotanda with great sea views, the pool bar, and the relaxed Lobby bar. The beer was good and the wine nice. They also served coffees and cocktails which seemed popular with guests. By far the best thing about the resort were the staff, all of them were so polite and helpful, they really couldn't do enough for us. Ahmed at the Lobby bar was a great guy, Ramy and his staff at the Rotanda bar were very friendly and attentive every day, and Bas at the pool bar kept our glasses full and was great to chat to. The lifeguards also did a great job everyday looking after everyone at the pools, even cleaning our sunglasses on several occasions. We visited the spa a few times, had some great treatments and would recommend it for anyone looking for a truely relaxing holiday, Adam was very informative when booking and always stopped for a chat when we saw him around the pool. We also booked a speed boat trip with Momo at the Diving centre, the trip was very good, we thoroughly enjoyed. The only negative would be that some of the outdoor areas could do with some refurbishment, but this is something that can be easily sorted. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a great holiday in the Sharm El Sheikh sunshine!

Nice hotel

The hotel is good and the hotel offer everything for all gausts for feel comfourtabol like the activites everyday morning with the entertimant team they are good and funny and they present a good show every night we like them so much and we will come more time for see ( Rana -chocolata-amir)yhey are soo good ❤️🔥

Great hotel with fantastic staff

The hotel is very nice. A good size, enough to have good variety but not so big you get lost going back to your room. The staff are all fantastic!! They really made the holiday a great one. Especially Ramy at the rotunda bar with his team are absolutely incredible!! bassa in the pool bar, and Ahmad in the lobby bar all fantastic!! The number one lifeguard has to be Amr. What a lovely guy .. even cleans your sunglasses for you and takes time to have a chat. So friendly. If you need a good facial see Adam, he comes around the pool and is a super star. Really funny and helpful. And any boat trips or diving your man is Momo. He booked us a fantastic day and was so helpful! Had a good few chats throughout the week and he is a top guy!! The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The food was all good.. especially the Egyptian theme night! Also the 2 speciality restaurants were very very good! In particular Calamari restaurant! The mixed grill was unbelievable!! So good!! If I was going to give any advice it would be bring a good mosquito spray. I think in the night at the bar when it was getting dusky one evening a swarm came in and had a good feast on a few of us. This was the only time we had a problem, but our own fault for not being prepared and no fault of the hotel. The cleanliness is faultless.. the bar boys always cleaning, washing hands, all glasses go in the dishwasher, gloves worn for handling food etc. I would 100% return and definitely recommend!

Exceptional Stay at Renaissance

We had an amazing stay at Renaissance! The service was outstanding, and we truly felt seen and cared for by every staff member. Ramy at Rotanda Bar was a delightful and witty host, providing exceptional service throughout. The buffet was good, with a delicious and varied breakfast selection and themed dinner nights that added a special touch. We also dined at La Casa and Calamari, which were both fantastic. The excellent service extended to every part of our stay. It was easy to find sunbeds at both the beach and the pool, making it a relaxing and stress-free experience. We’ve had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this place!
