Dirty hotel with beautiful coral sea

Dirty plates and glasses (one time got Coctail with someone lipstick), very small cups for Coctails (like 100 ml). All week there was no hot water, air conditonier nors working, toilet seat broken. Liked in hotel animator team and coral near hotel.

Great service from check-in until check-out. Can't wait to visit you again.

One of the most amazing experiences, it's not my first time in this hotel but this time it was great. Very friendly staff in all sections, very clean rooms, and delicious food. Many thanks to the GM Mr Alaa who was a professional person in my opinion as a former hotelier. If you want to have a great vacation I Highly recommend this hotel. Well done keep it up as always.

Waste of money, not for european or English people.

First of all, 99.9% russian tourists (rude and not polite). Staff barely knows any English (at least thats how they act), reception guys are ok their English is good. (We had a little misunderstanding about our hotel booking as we booked through LOVEHOLIDAYS and they told us we are not on their system as they are not partners with Loveholidays. Took about 30-45 mins for them to find our booking as they refused our booking reference number. Not sure how they found it they said its Joyce who booked for us. ) On top of that, they said they are giving us nice room, upgraded🤣. We got an old room, bathroom was very dirty and looked horrible. We had our 1y11m with us so we decided not to ask for room change as we didnt want to move all the stuff around. Food: first few days was ok, but repetitive. Avoid opening times as its full and there is no table/plates and cutlery available. People almost push you for food. Its crazy, like wild animals. Lift barely works (you need to go on 2nd floor for restaurants) we had our pushchair so my husband had to take it on stairs multiple times. Bad point: for fried eggs/fries and grills(there is a section otside where they do it fresh) really long queue and people dont even respect that and skip iy in front of you. The “chefs” put 3 fries on your plate after 5-10 mins queue and if you ask for more they give you a “lovely” look. A la carte restaurant is just a thing to impress you with 2 booking there but its not worth it. Pools- adult pools looked more clean than kids ones. Really cold water none of them are heated. I observed that in kids area/pools there are lots of screws not properly fitted and its quite dangerous for kids if they are barefoot. Shops in resort, as expected, 2-3 times more expensive that the ones from just outside hotel. Room cleaning everyday but not bed sheets changing in 10 days stay.

Superb family-friendly hotel. Beautiful beach, clean rooms I can't ask for more! The staff was amazing, highly recommend Rehana Royal Beach resort! I loved the food, and the extara a'lacard restaurants, and the brilliant sea food on the beach side.
