Overall very good and lots to do!

Overall very good. You either have to walk around and find everything or use the app which will require you to either purchase their wifi or alternative wifi. Lots here beach, aqua park etc. We only went to the beach one day, we prefer the pool. This proved to be excellent at the Aqua park both adult and children's slides along with a couple of large pools and a lazy river. Weil-Rec the towel guy was super helpful and an all around good guy gave some advice one day when stomach was a bit off, absolutely great five stars for you Weil made our holiday so much better. There are other pools just outside the buffet restaurant three large pools there, swim up bar etc so no shortage of pools and beds. The food is typical all inclusive fare, buffet restaurant same as any other resort. There are a la carte choices you get so many depending on the length of your stay. The outstanding here is the Oriental restaurant, if like us you are thinking Chinese sorry wrong, however, it is excellent it is skewers of meat and plenty of it and if you want more just ask. We never did as it was more than enough. Mohammed the Head Chef is another character and great guy, he also does the BBQ section in the morning and lunchtime outside the buffet, always worth a look. Well done Mohammed five stars as well. The downside was the Azure bar very ignorant, arrogant person behind the bar here, (one of the head waiters wears a white shirt never could quite get his name from the badge) does not want to give you Coke Zero and a very limited choice anywhere of anything diet. My wife is diabetic so led to problems all the way through the holiday. Reception is very helpful so apart from one person in the bar all around very good

Our amazing stay

Me and my fiancee went from 12th-19th November 2024 and we couldn’t have fault them. Everything was great and if we needed anything they were always helpful. During our final stay we looked at the shops where we met a great guy called Rambo whose shop was in the hotel. Rambo was very helpful and very friendly and always so welcoming. Rambo is a very lovely guy and always made you smile when ever you saw him. Rambo showed us his work and how dedicated he was. Rambos work is amazing and very memorising. Thank you Rambo for being you❤️

Excellent

Excellent service great atmosphere would recommend for a relaxing massage nothing is too much for them made me fill so relaxed. The spa building is stunning and amazing just looking around there is enough they also have a gym onside if you wanted one

Beautiful but poor

it was clean and beautiful, but there was a mouse in our room and we couldn't sleep well because of that, and the food was almost the same every day, and we got tired of it. also there were too many tour sellers on the beach and they were very pushy.

A Professional Driver and a Nice Hotel

We had a very warm welcome at Sharm Airport from our driver, Waleed. We found him to be very Proffesional, polite, and knowledgeable about Egypt. Waleed was always on time and was happy to take us to see places in Sharm. Polite and friendly Thank you We found the hotel friendly and accommodating, I had a wet room due to me being disabled. Plenty of swimming pools, always clean. Thank you
