PORT NATURE LUXURY RESORT HOTEL & SPA

This is an amazing hotel with extremely qualified and friendly staff. We had special request regarding drinks and they managed to do it without any questions. Food is fantastic and houskeeping is realy good. But most important, all staff makes you feel like family. Cannot even think about a single bad point. Great,great, great!!!!

Very short review, this hotel was astounding, high quality, amazing staff, friendly, professional, gifted! Food world class, alcohol amazing and great value with all inclusive. Live entertainment! Concerts, multiple bars, restaurants, real coffee!!! COULDN'T RECOMMEND IT MORE!

Amazing staff, service, food and entertainment. We are staying in the hotel right now. We enjoy the food as except for buffet there are a la carte restaurants as well as pattiseries with great desserts included. The service is exceptional. There are different activities for adults and children.

Very good hotel. Everything is included in price, no need to go outside. Staff from Kyrgyzstan very respectful (Daniel, Gulya, 3 sushi guys). Very recommend! Would be good to have more english speaking staff. But overall is acceptable. Thanks!

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Turkey. I've been there twice last year and i am booking again this May for my birthday. I went with my 2 children, and met up with my Mom and her girl friend. There are few things that i find exceptionally great about this hotel, that keep me coming back here for vacation every year: 1. I am a Taurus, so tasty food is extremely important to me, plus i am a very picky eater, so are my children. But here each one of us finds great food to eat! This hotel has A la carte restaurants, that are available all day! I favor fish and seafood, and here they are present at each meal. My favorite seafood is at the beach restaurant, they are opened for lunch and dinner and offer salmon, fish and chips and honestly what not, but everything is fresh and tasty. In other hotels you have to pick a day, see if the restaurant is available and only then can eat there, and here you can go dine A la carte for every meal! That's awesome! They also have few other restaurants. My kids love pasta and sushi. Also there is a night restaurant if you have a late flight for example, you will not go hungry 2. What matters to me is that people - staff in this hotel are extremely nice and polite, starting with bartenders and reception and even shop owners and photographers! They are all very nice and make you feel like a part of vacation family here :) 3. I love that this hotel has a special security - bodyguards in the evening. This is so important to me being a young woman and travelling alone with my children, i always feel safe and protected, even when some drunk people approaching, the bodyguards always make sure you're ok 4. It's awesome, that this hotel has concerts! My mom absolutely loves all the singers, who we were able to see in concert and honestly even when i've been to some top hotels, they never invited stars of such caliber, just regular animation. So that's really a great deal, when you pay for hotel and attend a concert at the same time with no extra cost 5. The rooms are always nice and clean and have everything you may need. Guys at reception always make sure you get the room you want and last time we didn't like the first room that we were given, so after few discussions, they granted us a much nicer room that my kids loved. Hoping everthing goes well this time as well :) I could name many more great things about this hotel : brand alcohol, ice cream all day, exceptional coffee, minibar, but this would be too long and the above are my favorite things, that keep me coming back again and again :)
