Very nice experience. Love the Red Sea. Ver nice people and the staff were very helpful.

The beds are very nice. And the room are very comfortable and clean. And the staff were very helpful. And the food is tasty. The service is the great. There are a lot of activities for the kids and adults. We can really recommend this hotel for your holiday.

Amazing hotel and would recommend to anyone

We just came back from our holiday in water valley and we stayed in 7011 . Hotel is massive and shuttle bus is running around the hotel all day . Hassan the driver was very friendly. Check in was easy and quick and special thanks to Sameh for his amazing customer service and help during our stay. Food is really good quality and variety of of restaurants is perfect. Loved the Mediterranean and Tajin . Aqua park in both water valley area and jungle is more than perfect and suitable for everyone. We had our 6 years old son who enjoyed the pirates area and even King cobra and our 3 years daughter who loved the splash park . Ahmed our house keeping did an amazing job as well and the rooms are massive with 2 bathrooms and 2 massive rooms and a living area. If you booked a full package with easyjet you have the neverland show included so make sure you book it upon arrival as it is limited seats . As well make sure you go down alf wa leila area for thr night parties in front of the reception as it s a lot of fun.

It was a very nice resort, we enjoyed our visit there. Family friendly, nice service, the water park was amazing, many pools with warm water, the food was good and there were many alternatives and many different restaurants. The amusement park was nice too.

Family vacation

Came for a weeks holiday with 2 daughters ages 11 & 15, brilliant hotel for families, The water park is massive and their is endless slides for the family to enjoy, This was our kids favourite part of the hotel. Nice family room and was cleaned daily. Gorgeous beach just a 2 minute bus ride away
