    Hurghada Dana Beach
    Rooms were nice. Staff were friendly although not all were fluent with English. Food was delicious but after 4days in the resort realised the choices of food were repetitive. Our biggest issue was labelling of food. Two of the group of seven were vegetarians and rest of the group didn’t eat beef. Foods and ingredients were not clearly labelled and in fact once managed to get the vegetarians eat meat despite asking. All inclusive drinks were poor apart from the beers. Not many premium brands if anyone wanted to buy. Poolside entertainment was poor. Did not really manage to engage the crowd and so was the evening shows. Access to the beach which was great. There were smokers everywhere. It would be nice to have a non smokers area. On checking out despite asking for a a larger vehicle for all the bags there was a mistake and caused delay with very little help from the porters which left a sour taste. So nice holiday, will we return to this resort, the answer is no.

    Nice Hotel
    We are first time in dana . Very nice hotel .. special thanks to Mr mido and Mohamed and the lady from cosmetic ... from the Gold Spa in hotel .. good jobs guys They have 5 restaurants ... the best Castelo and Kaiser ... Yosif the clean man ,he was do all perfect in our room Service very nice and friendly from reception till the garden 10+stars Small problem was the water in kids pool was little bit could .. but they make hit after 2 days . We definitely come back next year

    Hotel as such Good. Nice people, nice restaurants, bars all good. Though what upset me was the fact that my friend who was arriving from different country but joining me in the room paid single room rate without having a room!!! Ripping off clients became trendy. Next time we go to different chain of hotels!

    An English review
    We have just returned this morning from a lovely week at Dana beach. First of all this is a hotel catered towards germans and Russians. This did not bother us in the slightest but realising we were actually the only English in the hotel was a little surreal. Check in was very easy and we even got a lift to our room on a golf cart. Room was absolutely massive and immaculate we had a superior room 4229. Very close to the beach and the adult only pool. What more could you ask for? Service was brilliant and all staff super friendly.. Beach was absolutely beautiful. And the staff work extremely hard. They work on the beach all day then go on to be waiters in the evening in the restaurants. Very long hours. They deserve every tip they get!. We found the food great always found something to eat. We tried pretty much everything. Piano bar was our favourite place for drinks just say watching the world pass by. My only one complaint is the guys selling trips and spa treatments hassling round the pools. I get that's how they earn a living but the same guys come round 4/5x daily and within the space of an hour I haven't changed my mind lol. I would definitely return! It's a beautiful place. I would recommend the neverland show it's free and absolutely brilliant!

    Bar Columbia review: Tips are more important than customers
    My experience at Bar Columbia was very disappointing due to the attitude of the staff. I ordered a cocktail which was served to me in a disposable glass, although glass glasses were available at the bar. When I asked for a glass, the bartender refused and became rude, just because I didn't leave a tip. It's frustrating to see that at this bar, tipping seems to come first, and if you don't tip, you become non-existent to the employees. In addition, the ice cream area is located very far in a hidden place where you have to walk a lot to get a small scoop of ice cream in a small glass. The attitude of the employees is unprofessional and leaves much to be desired. It's unfortunate that respect for the customer depends on tips, which negatively affects the whole experience. I recommend the management to re-evaluate the way customer requests are handled and improve the attitude of the staff.
