The hotel is a disaster, I don't recommend it to anyone, bad communication, bad service, no change of dishes, the food is a disaster, the same food every day and only two types (lasanja and macaroni) The hotel doesn't look like the pictures You have to renovate the hotel because you lie the guests. Never again in this hotel!!

3 stars for a 3* hotel, however I would clasify it at 2*. Good stuff: - super great location, 1 minute walk to the beach - staff is great and super friendly - breakfast has variety each day and the food is good - check in was smothly - private parking with no extra cost Bad staff: - rooms are in real need of renovation, expecially the bathroom. There is no support for the shower head nor a tile in the bathroom ceiling where we stayed for 7 nights; - two nights I found a bug in the bed . Initially I thought that maybe I brought it from outside however when it happend for the second time , it was definetly not brought inside . I provided my feedback to the staff during checkout and they apologized however this should not happen in a hotel and it ruins your entire experience - for what it offers , from my side almost 80 euros a room per night is a little bit overpriced

The hotel is really nice and very clean and offers you a gift from the reception 😍😍😍All staff are desinfecting everything - the pool, the restaurant (Both the tables and the chairs) and are always smiling to everyone! The rooms are nice, clean as well and even the bathroom was a little bit small, it was ok for us. The pool is great, blue water, very nice, a bar just closed to it so you can take an icecream or a bear or a juice and enjoy your time there! Also the hotel is not far from the beach - you should walk only 3 minutes... and the beach is also very nice! There are only some small rocks when entering to the water but is ok. At the hotel you will also have free wi/fi. Even is not working very well, we still could use Netflix, whathapp, messenger, Facebook -so it was ok. The food was also really good, very tasty - for breakfast and dinner. I would sincerely recommend this hotel, even during this period they couldn’t offer any games for kids or movies -due to COVID-19. Closed to the hotel are some park games - but all have been closed. Still, the hotel is great and i would really recommend it!

My partner and I returned a few days ago from this lovely hotel On arrival we were upgraded to a pool view room C106 which was beautiful Although on one occasion there was an issue with our room not being cleaned it was immediately put right The staff are first class always with a smile and extremely efficient The entertainment guy Vincenso trys so hard to involve everyone in the activities and is extremely good at doing this. The food is also very good and there is always something for even the fussiest people The beach is a short walk away although a bit steep for anyone with walking difficulties it is well worth it beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Sun umbrellas readily available and you only have to order a coffee and no one bothers you We will definitely go back Thankyou
