Definitely the worst hotel food was disgusting same thing every day rooms were scruffy please don't go here our room was that bad we changed rooms no towels and staff were did not speak English catering was all for Russian people very dirty hotel

By far, the worse experience of any hotel I have been to. Checking In On arrival they did not have our room ready and offered us another room, with the caveat that we had to pay £10 per night if we didn't move out the following day. We did not receive an apology about not having our room ready. We were refused Wifi until we checked in (struggled to get booking ref) and no food was available even though its an all inclusive. Reception clearly did not want us there. When we eventually settled into our temporary room, we had to juggle with the one curtain as the other one was missing. Following two days I wasted my holiday trying to find our room with reception. All rooms offered had either broken toilet or no working lights in the room! I then got shouted at saying all the rooms are the same. Eventually found a room with slightly broken toilet but I was tired of fighting with reception. Then spent another six hours trying to get an extra bed we were missing. The bed was eventually installed at 17:30 (6 hours later from first request) but with no pillow. I was told I had to wait until the following morning for a pillow!!! I found a room that was left open and took the pillow. I received a note from 'Guest Relations' asking me to pop over the following day at 12:30 to discuss the issues. I waited 30 minutes at the desk and NO ONE turned up! so much for guest relations. Rooms Rooms not cleaned every day, and in some occasions our towels were removed but not replaced. I got tired of the very poor service, all the cleaners look at you as you have a problem. I took it upon myself to service my room. I stacked up on towels, water and toilet paper because the system does not work. The majority of the rooms are simply dirty, All toilet seats are broken, no one will fix them. All carpets are stained and you will have to wear shoes with fear of catching an infection. The majority of Fire Escapes in the hotel and blocked with cutlery, broken glass and spare beds. Pool I went to exchange our towels for the pool and was shouted out by a little boy, GO AWAY! GO GO. I refused to get intimidated by the Spa personnel and go my towels replaced. I had a look at the gym and this so called 5 star hotel and none of the equipment is in working order, its a joke. The pool itself is nice and great views, but so so dirty. There is an attempt to clean up, but the hotel remains dirty. The toilet at the pool were last visited in July according to the records on the wall. You have to search for toilet paper in the store cupboards. The flooring is not appropriate for the pool so you will see daily falls and injuries. The beach, is filled with broken sun loungers, cigarette butts and waste. Animation and Bar Big credit to the animation team and the bar staff. All very friendly and approachable. The people in reception and in the Spa could learn from this. It does not take time to be polite. There were some shows and quizzes. Foam party on Thursdays always a hit. Good work by the animation and bar staff. Food As expected from an all inclusive food is OK. But we know this already. But it is health and safety risk too, none of the food is labelled and my son has a severe tree nut allergy. There is note saying if you have an allergy then dont eat in the restaurant! One day the restaurant decorated the glassed with nuts! if you have an allergy please don't come here. When a drink is spilt on the floor, there is no urgency to clean up, a few people fell over (with one person banging their head) the doctor on site is very busy. Location The hotel is located is the middle of nowhere. Alanya is about 1 1/2 hours away. Side 1 hour away. So glad we are home now. Our best experience during this break was when we left the hotel. Please read other reviews, we originally thought it cant be this bad, but it is! The hotel is falling apart. No maintenance on site meaning most this dont work or falling apart. There is a general bad smell across the complex. We had to endure 13 nights here. Next year we will definitely read review before and ensure we do not make a mistake like this again

There were nice rooms in the hotel, services OK. Super animation program, especially water polo, darts, program for children, night program. The food - not very big choice for lunch. The supper - better. The sea warm and clean, the pools very fajn.

Please don’t get scammed to go there. Me and my cousins decided to take a vacation in this hotel but let me tell you how terrible it was. First the hotel smells sooo bad I puked because of that smell,than you have so little options of food and every single day they serve the same food for every meal and that is not okay because we stayed 7 days and every day there were the same things to eat and my stomach can’t bear with that,and for example if you didn’t go there right when the restaurant opened for the meal you can’f find most of the things if you go a bit later. The rooms weren’t cleaned every day,the cleaners were arrogant with us,only yelled but we didn’t understand them because noone there speaks English only Turkish and Russisch,the dust was disgusting and they came to clean it after two days. And the most important the towels,they left us naked in the shower because we didn’t have towels in our rooms. Personaly me i went downstairs to the reception and asked for towels because we were 6 people in a family room ,they made me wait a bit than the one in the reception wrote on the google translate that the towels are in our bedroom now,when I got to my room THERE WERE NO FREAKING TOWEL and that got in my nerves so bad,than my cousin went back to the reception to ask AGAIN for the towels and they made fun of her saying you’re famous for us now cause you only stay at the reception asking for towels and THEY GAVE HER ONE TOWEL FOR 6 PEOPLE,we had to wipe our body with hand towels I swear. They were so irresponsible and that hotel doesn’t deserve 5 star neither 1 star so I beg you to not spend money in this hotel because it is terrible I had the chance to have a chat with some other tourists there and noone was pleased with the hotel. Review So I had read the reviews but as the holiday was already booked, I remained open and put the fact that I was going to have a great experience in the atmosphere! So first things first the transfer is 1.5 hours without traffic, 2 with it - from Antalya airport. When booking, I was told just under an hour but I'm not going there! Staff polite. Room clearly needs alot of updating whether it be removal of stains from the carpet (laminated flooring would be nice and more hygienic too!), replacing rusty door handles, putting up black out curtains and the list goes on. I hope you get the gist! It does amaze me that this place has a 5 star rating as in my experience, I wouldn't put it past a 3 star hotel but what do I know? I've only stayed in hotels in Croatia, Portugal, France, Italy, Miami, Dubai, Malaysia, Amsterdam and Jamaica to name a few. This is by far the worst one I've been to for so many reasons - the food selection is limited and not for my taste buds at all. They have an a la carte restaurant on the premises which you have to book for (10-12pm the day before and you can only visit once for the duration of your stay) and the food was good. Before we stumbled upon this (as it's not really advertised, well there is a board at reception which is the advertisement but blink and potentially miss it...I never saw it, my husband did, thank God), we discovered a great little find, a few minutes walk away outside the Aura mall called Liyana - best Turkish food I've ever tasted! And the waiter is fantastic. So if you have the misfortune of staying at the Perre Delta, carry some extra cash and go across the road for a decent meal. Oops, I forgot to say the WiFi only works in the reception area and not in the rooms as you would expect! I give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars, 1 star as staff are great and the other star because of the a la carte restaurant and relax pool! Please take heed to this review and don't think that your experience will be different - spend your money somewhere else!
