PARALOS LIFESTYLE BEACH

We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful hotel! We originally booked a double room plus with balcony, but we have been upgraded to a wet room upon arrival! It was a real surprise! As we arrived late evening and we could not have dinner, a complimentary plate an fruits has been placed in our room! The whole stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff, the delicious breakfast and a fantastic dinner made our stay unforgettable! We are very satisfied with the service we received during our stay! If we are going back to Crete we will definitely choose this property again! The rooms are spacious, equipped with fridge, hairdryer, nespresso machine etc. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean! The pools, beach, bar and the garden are simply stunning! The hotel can be easily reach from the airport by car transfer or local bus as well! The journey time takes about 30-40 mins depends on the traffic! I would like to say thank you to all of the hotel staff for their hospitality! Special thanks to the restaurant staff and the chefs for the great service and the incredible foods we had! We stayed here for 5 nights post cruise and had a wonderful time. Staff very welcoming and friendly, food is delicious and the ambience is one of peace and tranquillity. Lovely beachside location. Plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy, whether they be private pools attached to rooms (we enjoyed a junior suite with swim up pool) or the 2 main pool for guests without their own. Half board basis, breakfast and dinner is served in the main dining hall with an abundance of choice each day. Self service buffet style with some made to order stations as an alternative option. They also have a beach bar that serves casual lunchtime food and drinks and an a la carte restaurant that guests staying have the option to dine once, included in their stay with additional visits being a supplement. Having said that, the food represented excellent value and also tasted great. Quality of food overall was excellent. No children, probably the reason the space is so tranquil. A great place to relax and unwind, it is 15 minutes away by taxi from Heraklion and the bus stop outside gets you into the city in about 20 minutes for only €2.50 per person each way. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely return if ever in Crete or perhaps experience one of their other properties located on the Island.

Paralos Lifestyle Hotel is located in a lively area along a busy street, providing easy access to many local attractions. However, the rooms, especially those near the reception, can be quite noisy, as sounds from the reception, the busy road, and other rooms often carry. Our room had a view of an abandoned construction site, which was less than ideal. Nevertheless, the hotel offers wonderful healthy breakfasts that you can enjoy with a view of the sea, which certainly enhances your day.

We enjoyed 8 great Days at this really beautiful adults only Hotel. Staff is very helpful, symphatic and friendly. Rooms are cosy and modern. We had a Double Plus Room, which is not very spacy but as mentionned cosy. Housekeeping is very good as well. Choice of delicious Breakfast and Dinner Buffet ist vast and nicely presented. Pools and Beach are also great.

Excellent service and extremely relaxing. My wife and I got the couple’s package I highly recommend. We did it in combination with the hotel and I can say we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend this to anyone else who is looking to relax.
