Where to begin, this was the worst holiday imaginable Negative points - don’t expect to gat a good night sleep unless you can sleep in a room around 30 degrees as the aircon doesn’t work it pumps out warm air. - cold inedible food daily, hollow chips the potato had disintegrated -rotten fruit, covered in mould, split black bananas - no staff, meals would pass with no drinks as there are no staff in the restaurant - sewage smells on in the bathrooms - dirty water fills shower tray on your feet -holes/rips in bedding and towels - thinnest towels I’ve ever seen -no children’s cutlery and only bright pink ‘it’s a girl ‘ plates - no bar near the entertainment so no drinks while sat on a hard concrete slab in the amphitheatre - unhelpful reception team - will waste hours/ days over you time ( over the air-con) -rundown and dirty rooms Positives- Hard to add when you are staying in a dirty room, and starved for 11 days. We are not fussy eaters but when all the food is cold and food with flies all over it’s hard to try and have a nice time. Beware - Tui are aware this hotel is shutting down and the state of this hotel, they act surprised and they take on board your comments, but they are still selling this hotel.

This happens in Paloma Foresta Hotel, Kemer, Turkey... I came for the international conference and forgot my laptop in the taxi. The Guest relations people together with security made a tremendous effort to locate and deliver to me my computer!!! You are so nice and helpful, many, many THANKS!!!! I do not understand how you done it but you had found the computer. This is a wonderful hotel in Kemer with a great sea, location in the green, food, rooms... everything is perfect - however, the most amazing are the people, their attitude, their ability to create miracles and do impossible things. You are GREAT!!!

We were nervous before going, having read previous reviews. we did have a good week but there are lots of issues with this hotel -the hotel is dirty in lots of areas, toilets smell, not cleaned, glasses left around, dirty sunbeds and the pool had a film on the top of it. We did not see much cleaning going on - food - main restaurant awful, no flavour, all food was cold, lukewarm at best. The sunset bar was nice for lunches and snacks, ice creams were plentiful and good. You could not get in to any of the al a carte restaurants despite trying the minute we arrived on the app, all fully booked. Feel like we were ripped off as we had to pay to eat at the lotus but so glad we did because we couldn’t stomach another meal in the main restaurant. Food in lotus was good and hot! - our room on first floor was nice, although we paid for 2 actual beds but one was a sofa bed and wasn’t made up on arrival. Our shower had really thick sealant around it, when you stood in the shower it felt like you were floating, the water did not drain and we kept having to turn the shower off mid way through and wait for the water to drain to prevent a bathroom flood. Our beds were not made every day and towels not replaced, we were 3 people and they’d only given us two towels - the hotel smelt like sewers in lots of places - everywhere you went you had to queue for a drink or food or for the waiter to clear the tables. Clearly not enough staff for all the guests - entertainment was really bad, there was nothing going on -pool was absolutely freezing, unbearable - aircon in room awful and very ancient Plus points - the pool barman mustafa absolutely brilliant and friendly. Cats were Everywhere which was nice but they did climb on tables when you were eating.

Benjamin ( customer advisor ) an excellent person if you need advice on anything and is a credit to Paloma Foresta on the downside big queues at the bar only 2 guys working very hard to cope. Booking the restaurant it doesn't say on the app it's cash only but paid at reception by card. The grounds pool and not forgetting the cats excellent. Food in buffet restaurant Luke warm at best
