Nice staff ; cold aqou park ; terrible food

The experience was mixed. The rooms were nicely decorated, but the cleaning staff didn’t keep them well-maintained—there were often areas left untidy. The food was disappointing, with limited options and poor taste. Service was inconsistent; while the staff were polite, tables weren’t cleared quickly, making dining feel chaotic. The aqua park’s water was also uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to enjoy. Overall, not the best choice if you’re looking for cleanliness, good food, and comfortable amenities I would not recommend it only if you pay 2800 euros not 4000 euros

Hotel Paloma finesse is beautiful, rooms are normal ( 8/10) , the environment is beautiful. But the food is very poor (minimum selection, very poor selection, during the 11 days of rest, all the food was the same. Basic chicken - every 3-4 days...about see food can only dream only. Non-original drinks are poured, service is at a very low level. The main restaurant is messy, the tables are not cleaned on time) I do not recommend!!!

Paloma Finesse - Great Family holiday

We had a great family holiday (2 adults, 2 children age 5 and 9). The rooms were lovely and a good size for all of us. The water park was brilliant, we didn’t have to que for any rides. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the main kitchen was good and the lunch at the two restaurants. There were a couple of small things that could have been improved for example the mini bar in the room wasn’t topped up each day and it was mainly the water we wanted. The dinner in the med kitchen we didn’t feel was the best but the dinner we had at the beach bar was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The aqua park is good. The rooms are clean and the hotel is a nice design. The staff are okay, a little more service could be better The food is limiting and hard to get into Rooms clean. The hotel shop/hairdressers is expensive Hard to get into the restaurants.
