OZ HOTELS SIDE PREMIUM

I came here with my boyfriend. The hotel is really clean and usable and the food is really delicious and the drinks are served really quickly. The staff is friendly and the animation team is really good. The animation manager Güray bey is really friendly and sociable. My favorite animation is Michael, he is very funny and sociable, he is the best. ☺️☺️

I stayed at the Oz Side Premium hotel for 3 weeks in November 2020 and due to the fact that the stay was great, now in April I came with my husband for 2 weeks and I brought 4 friends with me. The standard of the hotel has not changed The great general manager Selim Aydin watches over everything service impeccable, cleanliness and food as well We will all be back in the fall for sure I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone

This is not my first time visiting Oz Side Premium hotel. I love to return to this hotel because of delicious food, kind staff and beautiful ambient. This year I was surprised to see they renovated the bakery in the main restaurant and improved the cuisine, which was full of varieties and amazing as in previous years. The pool area is always clean and neat, I really enjoyed spinning class in the pool as well. The only thing which disappointed me, were new staff managers in the main restaurant. There were few occassions where I saw managers spot spilled food or broken plates, which they only hid with chairs and did not bother to clean them, they always ran for waiting staff to clean it. There was a clear boss-slave attitude, which was hard to watch. Then the same manager would pretend to clean the tables when higher management would be eating in the restaurant just to prove how hard working he is (referring to older short gentleman with glasses in main restaurant). I was horrified to see that. The waiting staff (some of which I have known for years) was clearly frustrated and annoyed and frankly me too. You simply do not treat your coworkers like that. And this is something you should definitely change.

I came 5 years ago and it was as good now as it was then. Not many English people here but that didn’t bother us. The location is great, not far from Side old town and Manavgat which you can jump on the bus from the bus station outside the hotel. Side town at night is lovely and walking through the ruins to get there is lovely . The market at Manavgat on a Monday and Thursday is worth a visit. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to keep this way. The hotel itself is beautifully stunning so definitely walk around it all inside. I booked a standard room with a balcony and we were upgraded on arrival to a two bedroom family room with pool view and balcony which was great for me and my friend. The room was cleaned daily, also fresh towels and had a mini fridge filled with soft drinks and beer, however I did notice and point out that a couple of the soft drinks were past the best expiry date but reception arranged for someone to come and collect them. The buffet restaurant had lots of food options at all meal times and always flavour in the dishes, pasta cooked to order and a bbq area just outside, there is also a patisserie in the buffet area with the most beautiful cakes and desserts and a bakery area for lots of bread choices, also drinks can be ordered right your table . Being gluten intolerant, I went to guest relations and they gave me card I could show the chefs in the buffet which they cooked me gluten free pasta and my own bread etc, they even made substitutes in the al a carte Turkish restaurant so I could still enjoy, even the patisserie pointed out what I could eat gluten free. The pool area bar serving food was great as they have little hut sections with different choices, as well as pizza and pasta to order. The beach bar also offers food and drinks. The food is available from 7.30am right through the night until 6am at different locations around the hotel as well as the lobby bar open 24hrs. On the lobby level there a lovely coffee area serving many types of hot and cold coffees with balcony looking over the pool. There is an Irish bar which serves branded drinks which you pay for, although this time round I didn’t go. There is also a patisserie on the lobby level serving tea and cakes in the afternoon. The pool area was kept immaculate and throughout the day bins near the sun beds were also emptied. You get a towel card on arrival so you can take to the spa for fresh towels each day. Sun-beds were never reserved early each day like most places, so was easy to get one. I highly recommend the spa, I had a Hammam on the second day and a 90 minute massage on another day which was amazing, the lady was the sweetest and they keep you with the same therapist on each visit. The beach is lovely, soft sand and warm sea. They do have lockers on some of the parasols however I thought they were a bit pricey for an all inclusive hotel so we didn’t bother. The entertainment was good, it was outside entertainers so something different every night and the party night was good fun. Overall we had the best time and the staff were great and hard working, even a couple of them saying hello to me by name when they saw me which was nice. I hope to return again as we could not fault anything during our stay. Thank you to everyone one there for all your hard work and making the hotel an enjoyable place to be!

Review Reception Service was good. They upgraded us to a balcony room. I am grateful to how kind and attentive this gentleman was. Very polite. Lobby Very clean, service is good and works 24/7. Lobby bar Only got served once out of 7 days of being here by a lovely girl. Other waiters actively ignored me and my mum. Beach bar Beautiful but service is non existent. I am always tipping but In seven days no one comes up to me. If you’re old and German you will have no problem. If you’re from any other country and a woman you do not exist. Beach Well looked after, wish they took the rubbish out more. Plenty of sunbeds. Room I live our room. Shower pressure is good. Mini bar fully stocked. Yes room could do what some refurbishment but I still like it. Air con is good. Pool Very nice and clean, there was a lovely gentleman who work put up the umbrellas for us. Pool bar Haven’t had a waiter come up to me once in the 7 days I was here. But the guys behind the bar are lovely and I always tipped them. Wish someone looked after the coffee machine a bit more. There was spilt milk in the hot sun around the machine which isn’t great. Pool snacks Enjoyed the gozleme, made fresh and lovely lady. Fried chicken even though available at 12 seems like it was cooked an hour before so therefore cold. Beach cabanas/ pavilions Shame the price is 200 euros per day. Not a single person used this since I have been here. If they either offered more like the hotel next door or lowered the price it would be used more. For example you don’t have as much privacy as there are people close to you behind on loungers. It was my birthday and it shame nothing was left in the room like the other 11 times I have been to Antalya. I did get a birthday email, so I guess I can be grateful! This is my second time at the hotel and over all service lets the hotel down. I can see they treat German guests better. I am coming back with more money than I ever have before because it’s that bad. Which is a shame because this is the first time I have gone back to the same hotel, because I loved it in November 2022. I wanted to keep going back but being actively ignored by service staff is not worth the price. I have two days left.
