H O R R I B L E worh one word …

Total disaster. Sadly, I hoped it would have been better, didn’t trust the reviews Room s are DIRTY, full of mould and suspicious animals (flies and ants especially), so they needed to relocate us to another room. There was loads of lime scale everywhere which was disgusting. Also got RAW CHICKEN for dinner. Never coming back and I would definitely NOT recommend.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Very satisfied! Great people, great place and great service! The weather is perfect, the food is fantastic, the staff is very competent and professional! Nice pool and nice beaches near by! I do not have any complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it!

Dated, wannabe 5* resort with numerous deferred maintenance

To start with the plus, it is located on a beautiful peninsula, but that is all one can say positive. This place is full of deferred maintenance, which is inacceptable for a place that claims to be a 5* resort. For example, the patio door in our room did not lock, since the mechanism was broken, the private pool outside was obviously out of order for a long time, the tiles in the bathroom were loose, most likely due to a previous attempt to fix an issue with the water or sewer lines, the entry door showed significant signs of water damage, the water fountain inside our complex was obviously out of order for a long time. The stucco on several buildings in this resort showed damage. The resort claims to be all-inclusive, but this is half-inclusive at best, since no drinks are included. The food is horrible, it is low quality cafeteria style. The problem seems to be due to a management decision to run this place at prices that cannot deliver on its promises. It is for sure not 5*!

Fantastic Hotel

5 of us stayed here in October 2024. Fantastic hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, lovely big beds and bathrooms. The area the hotel is situated in is great, the locals are all lovely polite people that treat everyone with respect. Easy to travel to different places for excursions as well. The hotel itself is visually stunning. You’re surrounded by lush, well maintained vegetation. We had a beautiful pink bougainvillea just outside of our room. The staff are nothing but nice. Treat you with respect and work really hard to maintain excellent customer service. The all inclusive buffet served amazing food, the desserts were visually stunning and tasted great! A special thanks to Eleni the bar maid who made the best Greek coffee I’ve ever had. She’s quick with your orders and always delivers a great product! All in all a 5 star review and I’d highly recommend anyone to book this hotel up and stay here.
