Fantastic

Super holiday and a really great Mitsis Hotel, food was outstanding, the a la carte Asian Restaurant it by far the best and staff awesome. We really loved this holiday and we had a swim up pool room, it was superb, the beach is a rocky one and if you are there to build sandcastles you mght be a little dissappointed. The kids made friends and had an absolute blast our 11 and 7 year old really enjoyed this place, the little arcade was also terrific so far this is the best Mitsis we have stayed at, although just booked another to try out in 2025 in short great staff, great food and lovely clean place

Not 5 star

We stayed as a family here over the October half term. The grounds look great, but unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. The hotel is tired with rips in cushions, dirt marks on the indoor pool. It may have been because it was the end of the season, but it looked like it needed to be updated. The hotel is quite big and on a hill so depending on where your room is there is a bit of walking to and from the hotel. We had 2 rooms adjoining, they were kept clean but decor is dated as is the shower. We found that there were too many cats everywhere some even coming into the food areas which we didn’t like. Others may not have a problem with this. We found the service good, apart from our check in was not what I would expect from a 5 star. They forgot our wristbands and didn’t offer a drink. Location wise it’s a short cab from the town centre. We went into town once using the train which we thought was good value. One positive, if you are considering Crete for the October half term, it’s still hot enough to sun bathe and if your pool is heated will be warm enough to swim. We still swam in the pool at the hotel but as not heated was very cold but could just about do it!

Amazing stay

The resort was big and offered a variety of amenities. Everything you might need plus staff are always available and willing to go above and beyond. Concierge services top and we felt very welcomed from when we first stepped in. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing stay

Very nice hotel, with so many activities to do, staff are amazing, very hospitable and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food and the drinks very good quality. I had great time there, definitely would visit back with family
